The mgr was absolutely fabulous, from his greeting us at arrivasl to bringing us to our room, he went above and beyond, I hope that his employer appreciates the excellent job that he does and should be recognized for the excellent employee that he is, never in all my years(86) have I encountered such a nice manager.

Nice hotel for what we needed it for. We loved that we had a whole living area & had a seperate room between the bedroom and living area. Great for a family who needs space. We were able to use the laundry. The hotel is conviently located near target, In n Out, and also Kanan road to go down to Malibu. Our room was clean and the hotel grounds were nice. We would consider staying here again.
Great place to stay! Clean ,great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in ,and the young lady at the counter was so sweet. Highly recommenced!!!

If you have a room toward the back of the hotel, you may hear the trash truck emptying the dumpsters at 6:45am and some road noise

The we were given ADA. The hvac made very loud noise when going on, the elevator made noise when ever it was going past our floor. The fan in the bathroom was so loud you couldn’t think! And they charge $150 for my dog.

The room was perfect the people from front desk were nice and helpful. But me and family feel unwelcome by the lady that was working at the breakfast buffet she was rude every day with my kids, we had breakfast for three consecutive days every day she was looking mad. When we were having breakfast we also saw that in another couple had a problem with her. I really don’t understand what was her problem.
