お部屋が綺麗で清潔が保たれていました。
移動の都合で早11：00に着いてしまったのですが、早めにチェックインさせてくれて助かりました。
本来チャックインは15：00位からなのでしょうが12：00前に部屋に入れました。

Pros:

シャワーの排水溝の流れが悪く、洗面所全体に水が浸水してしまう。
シャワー室から水が溢れないよう、溝を深くするとか、ドア開閉部に段差を付けるなどの工夫が必要。

Big disappointment, please stay elsewhere
Pros:

- Room was dated and not 100% clean.
- Room service was disappointing.
- The property is located in the middle of nowhere with a construction site next to it.
- No warm welcome at check-on.
- Concierge don't have solid info about the East Lake ('just tell the driver you want to go to East Lake, they all know where it is.').
- Ladies who work at the lounge are the only thing that was nice about my stay, but it's not good enough. Food at lounge was lukewarm, unrecognisable with heavy sauce, and lack of vegetarian option.
I am a loyal customer of Renaissance but this one really let me down.

I have requested a non-smoking room in my reservation but it turns up they have only smoking room for me. The manager do not offer any compensation or helps to solve the issue. Breakfast is good. Hotel already passed it good days and need renovations. Good location. They need to improve the hospitality

入住時飯店免費幫忙升級為大套房，人員服務不錯，飯店本身感覺得出有點歷史了，乾淨度可以，但就是裝潢跟設備有點舊了，整體OK，泳池不錯
