L'accueil vélo. J'avais réservé un emplacement sécurisé pour nos vélos, qui nous a été confirmé par message. A notre arrivée, la réception nous précise que ce n'est pas possible car d'autres clients sont passés avant nous et qu'il n'y a plus de place. Nous avons des vélos de qualité et nous aurions eu l'info avant, nous n'aurions pas réservé chez vous, de plus vous êtes labelisé 'accueil velos' sur votre site.

Efficace et sans chichi
Pros:

Accès facile et pratique avec le code envoyé plus tôt par SMS. Le parking est fermé par un portail. La chambre est pratique et efficace pour y passer une nuit. Nous y avons également ajouté le petit déjeuner qui est très bien avec du choix. Chacun y trouve sont compte et les yaourts sont délicieux. La réceptionniste est vraiment souriante et agréable.

Cons:

J'aurais aimé pouvoir avoir un coussin supplémentaire mais je ne sais pas si c'est possible et nous sommes arrivés après le départ de la réceptionniste.

très bon matelas et petit déjeuner à volonté, je reviendrais sans problème.

Cons:

un peu de difficulté pour rentré dans l'établissement après fermeture, pour nous qui n'avons pas l'habitude.

J ai beaucoup aimé l acceuil du personnel le matin tres souriante et acceuillante!!

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était trop simple pour moi et pour le prix
Manque d'autres céréales ou de pain diverses
Pas de fruit ou de fromage blanc pour des personnes comme moi qui sont intolérante au gluten le choux était très restreint.
