Nuit cauchemardesque : bruit insupportable chambre du dessus. À éviter !

J’ai réservé une nuit dans cet établissement, mais mon expérience a été catastrophique. Dès 20h, les occupants de la chambre située au-dessus de la mienne ont fait un vacarme insupportable (bruits de pas, cris, déplacements de meubles…). J’ai dû quitter ma chambre pour me plaindre à l’accueil, mais personne à 21 h. Les responsables du bruit parlaient une langue étrangère, et aucune solution.
Un manque total de respect pour les autres clients et une gestion défaillante de la part de l’hôtel. À éviter si vous cherchez le calme.

TRÈS BIEN POUR UN COURT SÉJOUR
Pros:

La chambre est correcte pour la seule nuit où nous y avons séjourné. Le confort est conforme pour ce type d'hébergement. Le rideau de douche n'est pas génial et une paroi vitrée serait un plus. Cet établissement mériterait une cure de jouvence.

Einfaches, radikal auf Zweck reduziertes Zimmer für wenig Geld
Pros:

Wer in Première Class bucht, sollte wissen, was sie/ihn erwartet. Es gibt ein kleines Zimmer mit noch kleinerem Bad/WC (mit dem schönen Ausdruck „Nasszelle“ gut beschrieben) in standardisierter Minimalausstattung, zu einem sehr günstigen Preis. Und auf Wunsch noch ein sehr einfaches, ebenfalls günstiges, Frühstück. Ich hatte bewusst für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit vollen Tagesprogrammen gebucht, bin irgendwann ins Zimmer, habe gut geschlafen, morgens geduscht, und weiter ging es. Dafür ist die Kette ideal. Das Bett war frisch bezogen, die Matratze relativ fest (revolutionär für Frankreich, ansonsten gerne das Land der durchhängenden Matratzen) - ideal für mich.
Die PC- Kette ist strikt durchgetaktet, es gibt überall denselben Standard. Was wechseln kann, ist der Grad der Sauberkeit, das liegt am Pächter. Das in Saumur bekommt eine 2 minus dafür.
Werde in ähnlicher Reisesituation jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage habe ich nicht in Gang bekommen.
Lärmende Spätankommer, da kann aber die Hotelkette nichts für.

Un enfer ... impossible d'avoir le code du portail d'accès au parking véhicules soit-disant affiché sur la facture , je suis resté bloqué une heure en pleine nuit en attendant que quelqu'un sorte pour pouvoir rentrer, j'appelle la permanence d'accueil pendant une heure sans que personne ne réponde,..j'arrive dans la chambre, 200 moustiques bien motivés pour me pourrir ma nuit, une mouche en train de passer de vie à trépas devant la douche....bref, à fuir absolument!!
