Hotel molt ben situat, molt a prop de l'estació de metro i de centres comercials. Personal molt atent i servicial. Habitacions equipades amb tot allò necessari i neteja molt ben feta. Esmorzar molt complert i bo.

We are a Portuguese family and we were welcomed with incredible kindness by Ms. Nora Chen. Besides her fantastic English, she was incredibly friendly and helpful. She helped us find solutions for everything and was truly committed to making us feel at home. While we loved the hotel, the room, and the overall service, the highlight was undoubtedly the care, attention, and warmth we received. It truly stood out. We highly recommend it!

Pas mal dans l’ensemble quand tu décides de sortir de l’hôtel. Beaucoup d’odeur de moisissures à cause des moquettes. L’

L’hôtel est vieux. Le rapport qualité prix laisse à désirer.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, everything was perfect from start to finish.

From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The Mickey-themed room was fantastic, very clean, comfortable, and perfect for families with children.

The service was outstanding, with the entire team being attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist.

A special mention goes to Nora Chen, who was truly exceptional throughout our stay. She was always smiling, kind, and professional. She took the time to explain everything to us and was especially lovely with our children, even offering them small souvenirs. This kind of attention really makes a difference.

The location is also perfect, honestly it’s hard to find better.

Overall, a top experience. We highly recommend this hotel.

disappointment, misleading

location, breakfast, parrots in the lobby

Cons:

I was staying in the hotel not for the first time. usually I have booked the double room, which more than satisfied my demands and even exceeded them. this time ordered the twin room I was sure that the space would be the same like indicated on the booking.com (35 sqm), but in fact the room was not more than 25sqm and what was not so comfortable for 2 people, I have asked to show me other twin rooms but all were similar in size.

Шикарное местоположение. Очень близко к рынку электроники, ходили пешком, очень близко. Метро рядом, удобное расположение. Вид шикарный, жили на 11 этаже. В номере всё есть, хорошая косметика (шампунь, гель, лосьён) , хорошие тапочки, пушистые полотенца. Чисто и комфортно, тихо.

Unfortunately bathroom room floor was not clean, unable to recommend.
Pros:

Close to metro, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

The bathroom floor was dirty, always had hairs from mop used. Very warm rooms that temperature cannot be adjusted. Dim lighting.
