From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Comfortable stay for families.
Pros:

The corner cul-de-sac rooms were convenient for family and access to help with older parents and kids. The beds were confortable and bathrooms well equipped. The free minibar was great for the kids.

Cons:

The car parks that were not stacked were limited. Need to have some instructions for guest as to how to use the stack car parking

Spacious one room suite
Pros:

Clean spacious room with a separate living room and kitchen with a huge fridge, microwave and air fryer. Great amenities and service, conveniently located in the heart of Georgetown and between Gurney Mall and Gurney Plaza. I had a relaxing stay and could sleep very well - that was a huge bonus. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again when in Penang.
