Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Cons:

Our room smelt too much of air freshener - wondering if there was a smoker before us
The AC could not be adjusted so we had to turn it off when too cold
The pillows could be better; the “soft “ was lumpy despite asking for a change and the feather pillow was too hard. Pillows are very important so hoping hotel upgrade pillow selection and change out the lumpy pillows
Towels can use less fabric softener!

Great family hotel
Pros:

Location is great for families. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable.

Cons:

Had ants in the room on the first day. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Comfortable stay, will continue coming.
Pros:

Excellent services, attended to all our needs promptly. Breakfast was excellent.
The hotel is located adjacent to a Gurney Plaza Mall , which is a very big plus factor.

Nice hotel with a good view.
Pros:

Convenient for Gurney Plaza, otherwise there are better options
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located in the Gurney area, just a short walk to Gurney Plaza and nearby eateries.

Cons:

The air-conditioning in the room could be improved. Even when set to 16°C, the room felt much warmer, more like 25°C. Stepping out into the corridor felt cooler than being inside the room.

The swimming pool design limits morning sun exposure. This seems to be a structural limitation and might be difficult to change.

Great location, better quality amenities, cleaner sheets and room expected but not experienced.
Pros:

Location and room size.FOC mini bar stocked up daily.

Cons:

Cheap mini bar chocolates provided. Tasted stale and expired. For the room price, I expected a Nespresso machine and fresh milk daily.
Room was not clean or vacuum with dusts and dirt spotted here and there.
Bedsheets was stained, pillow cover had lipstick stains. Looked un-changed.
On two occasions, facial towels were not replaced after used ones taken away.
