Great hotel
Pros:

Executive room was very nice and included lounge access. Lounge only real use is evening, very limited options during the day. Location is good with easy walking to shopping. Breakfast was great and plenty of options. Bicycle use was a great option for morning rides.

Cons:

Lounge could be improved with options during the day.

再校の滞在。
Pros:

最上階の部屋でリビングとベッドルームが分かれていて豪華。バスルームからの眺望も良かった。また、冷蔵庫の中の飲み物がすべて無料で、消費すると毎日追加されていた。朝食もおいしい。近くに大きなショッピングモールが二つあり、買い物にも食事にも便利。

Cons:

最上階だったのでやや空調の利きが弱かった。

Good location but property is tired. I see some renovation in public areas
Pros:

Location is very convenient

Cons:

Rooms are tired & shower drainage is bad, it floods as we bathe. I told the management, it got slightly better but still floods. I also got rash from the linen sheet one evening & woke up with rash on my neck

Been staying there every time we go to Penang. Love this place
Pros:

Location is good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ring them for anything, you get what you wanted within a few minutes.

Perfect for the initial purpose of my visit to Penang
Pros:

Excellent location for commute to visit friends in Tanjung Tokong and to try try local food in Palau Tikus before moving to Rasa Sayang in Batu Ferringhi. Having Gurney Plaza just next door is a valuable bonus
