From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Breakfast buffet need to improvise on variety and taste
Situated in an area surrounded by eateries, shopping plaza is adjacent to it
The ground floor reception was hidden and the bell boy did not see us carrying our luggages up the stairs until we got to the reception
Hotel room is quite spacious making stay comfortable, having room to stretch out and unpack. The hotel is in a very good location, situated between two popular malls. The hotel breakfast buffet has a good spread of quality food.
The hotel parking has a narrow entrance and exit. Additionally, the front desk is small, which can cause delays during check-in and check-out.
No shower head.

The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient to get around. There is a supermarket and a night market right next door, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely come back again in the future.
