Good for the price
Pros:

The room seemed to be cleaned well. Theres a really good restaurant across the street along with other places to eat nearby and it was a fairly quiet area.

Cons:

The parking lot seems to be a hub for drug deals or something shady as hell lol im just glad we had a dog with us 😂 there were tiny animals bones around the parking lot and someone had tied chicken bones and a tiny plastic skeleton from a tree that looked like some weird voodoo thing and you could tell a homeless person sleeps behind the fence...just way too creepy at night.

Horrible
Pros:

There was no breakfast or anything provided by the property.

Cons:

Everything. Pictured misrepresented the property. Quite a few things were old and run down. Also, someone tried to siphon gas out of my car as the gas door was open in the morning. This place is a dump.

Not the best facilities. Don’t recommend
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

Not enough hot water, bathroom door wouldn’t close aa the way. Didn’t seem to be in a very good neighborhood. I found a guy in the parking lot taking a piss right in front of my car! Also think we saw a few hookers meeting Johns in front parking lot.

Very clean, staff is very helpful
Pros:

Love everything about the property. Very clean and updated. No loud noises, very quiet. Was treated with nothing but kindness will stay again!

Pros:

Location was across the street from Circle K & down the street from a few restaurants.

Cons:

Rooms were supposedly renovated. That wasn’t true. Paint on walls are pealing. Bathroom was outdated. Dog poop was in grass and on pavement throughout the property. Dog pee was in the stairs. Elevator hasn’t been checked and cleared since 2021. There is no breakfast nor pool. Only coffee. Smoke-free room smelled like smoke! We paid $189 for the weekend. This was not worth the price. I will not be returning nor recommending this property.

It was convenient to UAB hospital.
Cons:

Ice machine is very inconvenient. I didn't feel safe going upstairs to gat any. People were allowed to congregate in the parking lot which was very uncomfortable. There was a very large dog with another group of people by the picnic area. Dog was leashes but seemed very aggressive.
