We paid extra for a snack pack. And there was not one. We stay there 2 separate nights in one week and both times we paid extra for something we didn’t receive.

The fact that they claim we was smoking inside the room when we didn’t ! . They are very rude & very unprofessional asf !. They want to say we was smoking because we accidentally wasted the ash tray over PLUS a drink & show a picture of a lil ass ash on the side of the bed . Anybody would know if you smoke outside in your car the smell will be left on your cloths !! . They did not want to show us the cameras PROVING we was in the room smoking .
