Dania z karty w restauracji przeciętnej jakości, a polędwicę wszystkim odradzam, jest twarda i żylasta. Pole golfowe jest górzyste, dość malownicze, jednak bardzo niewygodna jest konieczność poruszania się wyłącznie po alejkach (nie wolno wjeżdżać na trawę)

Einfach nur ein Traum!

Traumhafte Lage am Gardasee! Panoramablick über Garda, ein Pool und eine Sonnenterasse direkt vorm Zimmer. Komfortabel und sauber…Super Frühstück! Parkplätze direkt am Hotel und sogar kostenlos.

Bello per chi vuole giocare a golf e vuole una strutta con vista.

Cons:

Peccato per la piscina, situata proprio accanto al ristorante aperto anche agli ospiti esterni. Le due aree sono separate soltanto da alcune aiuole, per cui chi pranza al ristorante può vedere facilmente gli ospiti che prendono il sole, riducendo la sensazione di privacy.

La colazione dovrebbe mantenere lo stesso livello qualitativo durante tutta la fascia oraria prevista, garantendo la medesima esperienza sia a chi arriva alle 7:00 sia a chi si presenta alle 10:00.

Nell’area SPA manca una presenza costante del personale: si accede senza essere accolti o ricevere indicazioni sui servizi, sugli spazi e sul corretto utilizzo delle strutture.

Le terrazze delle camere sono comunicanti tra loro, un aspetto che limita la privacy e porta spesso a dover tenere finestre chiuse e persiane parzialmente abbassate.

Alcune camere si affacciano direttamente sull’area del caddy master, con conseguenti rumori dovuti alle attività operative e al continuo passaggio di persone.

Infine, il personale, pur dimostrando disponibilità e cortesia, non appare ancora pienamente preparato nel rispondere alle esigenze specifiche dei golfisti agonisti e professionisti. Considerando il livello della struttura e del campo da golf, questo rappresenta un’occasione di miglioramento importante.

Gutes Hotel mit leichtem Verbesserungspotential

Große schöne Zimmer, Super Ausblick auf der Terrasse, gutes Frühstück, preiswertes golfen, freundliche Rezeption, Preis- Leistung ok, schöner 18 Loch Golfplatz, saubere Zimmer,

Cons:

Frühstück war schon ab 9.30 Uhr leergeräumt und wurde nicht aufgefüllt, Balkon am Zimmer winzig ohne Stuhl und Liegemöglichkeit, Personal wirkte gelangweilt nicht positiv (außer gegenüber italienischen Gästen), kleiner Pool zu wenig, Nachhaltigkeit wird nicht großgeschrieben, denn obwohl wir die Handtücher nicht auf den Boden legten, wurden sie täglich neu gebracht, Deutsche TV-Sender wurden erst nach 3 Tagen und mehrmaligem Hinweis installiert.
