Nothing. The staff was awful and rude.

Cons:

They didn’t offer the free parking, and the shuttle to the airport was “out of service.” Both were promised in our booking.

Pros:

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was construction and the ice machine was inoperable. Asked staff if there was a ice machine and they had no clue if there was one but if there was it would be on the 3rd floor. Staff needs to know more about these things The lobby was under construction and the grab and go breakfast was horrible.

Excelente estadía
Pros:

Todo. Muy buena ubicación (cerca del aeropuerto), muy limpio, bonito, todo arreglado y como nuevo, la habitacion comoda con camas confortables y todo el personal que nos atendió fue muy amable.

Cons:

It was decent but the bugs and shuttle service being unorganized made it difficult
Pros:

I would have liked the shuttle service BUT at the end of my trip I was told they couldn’t offer it since the driver left even though I called ahead of time

Good breakfast. Nice staff. Pool towels not replenished often. Stink bugs and heat issues. Good value though

We had stink bugs in our room and it was unbearable for me. However, I know stink bugs are hard to manage. It was just gross.

It’s a good place to stay.
Pros:

It’s near where I needed to be. The property was still under renovation when I stayed. So there’s dust by the lobby. The rooms however, were cleaned and smells good.

Cons:

Not enough parking space especially when I came back late.
