I like that they have done a very good good job on up keeping the hotel. The room names are unique and they bring the history of the area. It is located in a great area where you will find lots of restaurants and stores walking distance.

It is perfectly situated for walking to all the shops , restaurants and bars on 3rd ave. Cute and nostalgic hotel owned and family operated. Nice staff , decent nightly rates. An older hotel built in 1930 so it’s nothing fancy but it’s an experience that you should enjoy.

The Innkeeper was very friendly, helpful as I had to travel directly to the wedding venue as the traffic was heavy from Los Angeles to Chula Vista, instead of checking in at 3:00 pm to shower and dress. She was very accommodating regarding the check-in time. The environment was quiet and didn't hear any other guests during my stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great Chula Vista location. Central location near public transport, restaurants and shops. The ladies running the place makes it feel like home. Beautiful historic building with lots of charm and character.
