Climia 2Sleep Apartments

These apartments are spotlessly clean and in a very central location. Be aware that they overlook a shopping/street food area so there is an expected level of background noise but nothing too awful - the balcony door provided good soundproofing. The apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable but the soundproofing between adjacent rooms is poor, especially if you have morons who insist on dragging furniture across the tiled floor at night or at the crack of dawn. All the reception staff were incredibly helpful, allowing us to switch from a double to a twin room, and to help us confirm our airport transfer pick-up time. I would definitely return here - just with a decent pair of earplugs.

Location was excellent. Very clean . Self catering with fridge and cooking facilities. Supermarket just across the road. TV good . Lift . Everything you need . Would definitely come here again.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights in November and we would definitely recommend it. Are room was clean and big with everything you need in there. The lady at reception was lovely and helped us with anything we needed. Great location and considering its very noisy street outside it wasn't noisy in the apartment. Would definitely stay there again.

Can't speak highly enough of climia 2sleep. Second stay here this year, staff are friendly, rooms are clean and the best location for the beach. Only criticism is the 2nd stay in October, we could use Benidorm Plaza pool and hotel which is the sister hotel, in October the pool was covered and now had to wear swimming caps. No one was in the pool because of this but was lovely when we went in August.

My wife and I arrived at the property around 1:00am on 8 November. Shortly after checking into our room, the reception called to say I needed to come down immediately to make payment as they had “forgotten to take it.” I explained that the booking had already been paid through Hotels.com, but the receptionist became insistent and repeatedly told me I must come down right away.

Despite my refusal and request to deal with it in the morning, he continued shouting down the phone. Around 2:00am, we were woken again by a knock at our door — it was the same staff member demanding payment. I also asked him about a loud buzzing noise coming from the electrical distribution board in the room, but he said he didn’t know what it was. He again insisted I come to reception and even threatened to call the police.

At around 2:30am, I reluctantly got dressed and went to reception, where he checked the system and confirmed that payment had been made to Hotels.com, and the hotel had not yet received the funds.

I told him I wanted to make a complaint about being disturbed and about the electrical noise. Although he offered to move us to another room, it was already very late and my wife was asleep, so this wasn’t possible.

In the morning, I raised the issue again at reception. I was told the staff member was “in training” and simply given an apology. When I asked whether it was normal for a trainee to be left unsupervised overnight, I was told nothing further. I also requested compensation for the disturbance and the room being unfit for purpose due to the noise, but this was refused.

This experience caused us significant stress, loss of sleep, and inconvenience, and the handling by the hotel was unacceptable. I believe we are entitled to compensation for the poor experience and the lack of a suitable environment for rest.

We booked for 14 nights and on arrival we were informed we would be in the hotel Annex.
It was a few doors down from the main hotel.
We booked a Superior suite. Superior to sleeping on the street ,yes.
The room was tiny and if the wall table was up for use you couldn't get access to the kitchen area unless you crawled under the table.
The whole Annex reminded me of student accommodation and had to walk up one set of stairsbefore you could use the lift.
Never going to visit again or recommend.
I will end with the one possitive, location.

Lovely apartments, very clean and towels changed every 2nd day.lovely staff, apartments situated on a busy street full of shops and restaurants, 5 minute walk to beach. We never slept due to the noise in apartments from guys shouting banging doors to all hours. Wouldn't return but only because of lack of sleep. Great wee gem if you like all the hustle and bustle.

Just had a very pleasant week here at Climia 2Sleeps Studios , the staff are absolutely brilliant, they just can’t be more helpful and I’m planning to come back next spring. The safe in my room didn’t work and had a word with the receptionist and brought a technician round and it was all sorted in half an hour, I locked myself out of my room as I was going to check out (at two in the morning )but the receptionist soon got me back to pick up my luggage !
There’s everything you need to self cater , the apartments are just across the street from the supermarket . The place is spotlessly clean ,there’s complimentary shower gel ,hand gel and shampoo , you even get washing up liquid!! It’s only a short walk to the beach and short walk to everything in the old town of Benidorm. I can’t believe it’s only officially two star !!!!
I would recommend it to anyone !

Absolutely lovely place to stay.
Nothing is to much trouble for the staff and reception staff are very helpful in giving you advice and directions when needed.

This is the second time I have visited this hotel(first time was January this year).
Back in January I just wanted a cheap apartment and Climia 2 Sleep was a great price so I booked it.I was very surprised just how lovely it was,the beds were heavenly,the room was very clean,it had a good decent sized balcony and it was lovely sitting there watching all the people walking through Old Town.
The tv had all British channels ,you tube and Netflix too.
As a female solo traveller I felt safe and secure throughout my stay.
The staff were lovely and very friendly indeed.
There is also a very large supermarket just one min walk away which also helped keep my cost down.
Because it was so good back in January I decided to book again....Ive just got back and second time around it was still lovely.I will definatly be going back again in the New Year.
Now back in January I had to pay a deposit of 100 euros which I was ok about,on the day of my leaving they gave it back to me with no problem whatsoever.
All in all I had a lovely time,the cost was excellent and I had such a lovely stay.
I will definatly visit again in the New Year.

Great apartments! We were given a room at the back but still had a bit of a nosey view.
Kitchenette was great, toaster, kettle, microwave and two ring hob, all spotless. Decent utensils and clean pans.
Lovely big shower in the bathroom and a half decent hairdryer included. The beds weren’t as soft as mine at home but we soon got used to it.
Even tv was great!
Ideal location for old and new town not too noisy at night, we were overlooking a few small Spanish restaurants which close by about 11pm. We’ll be back next year’

Was clean and comfortable, was in the annex, beware of a flight of stairs if your not very mobile.

Everything was good

Excellent location
From the minute we arrived till the end of our trip nothing was too much trouble.
Room was spacious, after a room switch which was quickly resolved by the reception staff.
Air-conditioning was excellent
Rooms were cleaned once during our 7 days but towels changed twice..
Had room facing the street once door was closed no noise what so ever..spent many a evening watching the hustle and bustle of the street below.

Cooking facilties were more than adequate .everything you needed and more
On our last day we had a evening flight but apartments were full reception contacted other hotel part of climia group to arrange for us to spend the day there arranged luggage storage and shower facilities for us to use after a day at the pool...
Used the other climia hotel for pool most days and even had a evening meal there which was arranged by climia 2 sleep reception..
Can't thank them enough for a wonderful stay for myself and my family...
Would I stay again YES in a heartbeat..
