Персонал отеля был безупречен, очень дружелюбные,готовые помочь. Хочется отметить Марианну, она нам посоветовала места для посещения, дала ценные советы где и что посмотреть. Приятно, когда в отеле хороший персонал.

Cons:

Мы кушали один вечер в отеле. Кухня отеля оставляет желать лучшего. Блюда были очень жирные, паста и мясо плавали в масле. Но завтраки были хорошие, буфет был разнообразный.

Ik heb dit hotel al meerdere malen geboekt, deze keer kreeg ik van de lieftallige dames (marianna) van de receptie een upgrade naar de mooiste kamer in het hotel 4001

Montecatini Terme una sorpresa y Tuscana Inn ideal para recorrer La Toscana.
Pros:

Parking gratis, dificil de encontrar pero amplio y gratis. Desayuno genial, para todos los gustos. Habitación con buenas vistas a Montecatini Alto y el resto de la ciudad. Para destacar de recepción la prestancia y cordialidad de Anna.

Cons:

que solo una persona del staff de recepción hablara español, Anna, a quien destacamos por su cordialidad y amabilidad. Todo lo anunciado se cumplió, un 4 estrellas ideal para 3 o 4 días y recorrer desde allí caminos de la Toscana-

Altijd een mooi alternatief dit hotel wanneer je uw gading niet vindt in het centrum of vlakbij de Terme
Pros:

Goed hotel met lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt, hondjes welkom voor 10€ per hond, parking vlakbij hotel, ligging net uit het centrum maar toch dichtbij en rustig.

Pros:

Objekt je na dobroj llokaciji za istrazivanje Toskane, ima parking koji ne treba dodatno placati i solidan dorucak. Osoblje je zaista ljubazno i profesionalno.
Uredno se održava, čisto je.

Cons:

Hotel je retro i nuzna je barem djelomicna renovacija. Iznajmili smo suite i imao je dodatna dva kauča i fotelju koje bi pod hitno trebalo maknuti na otpad. Ofucano, pokidano i s mrljom. Ostatak sobe je bio uredan i čist.
