Leider lässt die Qualität der Infrastruktur, bezogen auf den Unterhalt und Werterhalt gravieren nach. Kleine Details wie Brausenhalterung in der Dusche, defekte Lampenabdeckun in der Dusche, Balkongeländer dürften wiedermal gestrichen werden, Unterhalt der Aussenanlagen wiedermal dem Unkraut den Kampf ansagen, defekte Platten in Treppen und Gewegen, Zugang zur Tiefgarage mit Dauerprovisorium, ind der Tiefgarage gelagertes Gefahrgut (Mittel für Schwimmbad) offen für jedermann zugänlich.
Es handelt sich bei diesem Haus nicht um irgend eine Absteige sondern um ein 4Stern Hotel und da darf mehr erwarte werden!
