Still haven’t received deposit back
Convenient dinning. Staff was a bit inflexible as to
checking out --just absolutely check out at 11 a.m. without asking why a few more minutes is needed--especially after staying in the property as a guest for seven days!
Too match dirty
The rooms are not clean enough. The electric plugs and appliances were sub par. But the biggest issue with our room was finding small cockroaches around the tv and sink area.

Room was very old. Food left in the dirty microwave. No remote for tv and no blow dryer in the room as advertised. Homeless people living out of their car. Smoking and using pot by my door and child peeing outside. Room smelled like mold. Ill never stay there again
Convenient location and affordable pricing. Police were hanging out at the back of the hotel, indicating there may have been an issue. Room was mostly clean and well-appointed. Toilet was constantly filling, needed maintenance (not so much of an issue since we were only there one night). There was also a fly in the room. No security chain on the door.

Juan the night manager allowed a loud drunken Hispanic Construction workers party for about 2 Hours while people who tried to quiet them just got ignored and/or laughed at. Juan never answered when I used Key Inn phone from Room 246. Finally, I called using my cell phone and was moved to Room 257 on West side by freeway. I called Tustin PD and complained as well.
Nice clean friendly environment
People were drinking beer at night outside their room and were very noisy almost at midnight. I had to called the receptionist twice because I couldn’t slept with all that noise. I won’t recommend this place. Sorry!
Well the man in the front office was very nice and helpful i had a good stay there,clean,quiet.
Fantastic front desk. The gentleman got us checked in right away. Bed was surprisingly comfortable while. There’s also an excellent Korean BBQ restaurant next door.

Unfortunately got a room facing the freeway, and underestimated how noisy it would be in the room. Overall not a bad stay, but I think there is better for the price. A couple outlets in the room did not work. But conveniently located if you are traveling along I-5 and don't want to go too far out of your way.
