A pleasant value for money hotel ideally situated not far from the ferry.
Pros:

Excellent value for money. Helpful staff. Near the Dunkirk ferry port.

Cons:

Nothing negative about the hotel. There were some noisy guests in the nextdoor room, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

Pros:

day reception man was friendly and helpful. Gave us ideas for eating out.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable. The night manager was very very noisy, slamming doors, dragging things about in corridor cupboards, not friendly. Had to shout for him to be quiet at midnight and 2am!

Pros:

Personnel accueillant et a l écoute. Rare, chambre avec petit frigo et micro onde, très bien. Bon rapport qualité prix pour le petit déjeuner. Parking gratuit.
Station service en face.

Cons:

Parking un peu petit en cas d affluence. Cabine douche WC un peu étroit .

Séjour agréable mais aucune isolation on entend le voisin

J'ai aimé l'endroit où il était situé avec beaucoup de commodité le personnel est sympathique et a été efficace que nous avons signalé le problème de chasse d'eau

Cons:

Je n'ai pas aimé avoir les chambres séparées j'avais envoyé un mail pour demander à ce qu'elle soit proche à l'arrivée on nous a dit que oui à part avoir été au même étage on était à l'opposé ce qui était plus compliqué et on n'a pas essayé de trouver une solution.

Cons:

Hotel full of immigrants that were extremely noisy and smoking. Had to leave at 4am as the noise and smell were unbearable. Not a good hotel.
