Upgrade needed for sure, steep hills, great views though

Cons:

The split level room was really awful, dirty windows, dusty shelves, bathroom smelly and unpleasant, leaking roof in the sleeping area after the rain, ANTS in the kitchen area, old furniture, insufficient AC in the sleeping area, smelly room you just do not want to stay in, stains on the beds, no bedding, no Wi-Fi in the rooms, hard, wooden chairs. No sofa to rest. You are required to pay 150 euro deposit in case of damage, which is really funny once you see the room. You get what you pay for but still never again. Great views and friendly stuff for sure:)

ACTUNG ABZOCKE!

Der Pool

Cons:

3 von 4 Leuten sind angereist habe versucht das eine Zimmer auf Kulanz zu stornieren das wurde nicht angenommen. Musste das Zimmer voll zahlen obwohl die stornierungsgebühren 50% des vollpreises gewesen wären. Die haben uns an der Rezeption vollgequatscht und es unterschlagen das wir nur die Hälfte zahlen müssennznd das bis kurz vor der Abreise noch möglich ist laut booking. ACTUNG ABZOCKE!

Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen
Pros:

Gute Lage, etwas abseits aber man kommt innerhalb 10-15 min super zu Fuß in die Stadt
Im Hotel gibt’s auch Shuttle Bus für 2€ pro Strecke.
Gute Pizzeria am Pool und Getränke super.
Zimmer sauber.

Frühstück sehr wenig Auswahl und immer das gleiche

Für eine Nacht ok.
Pros:

Der Empfang war wirklich gut, die Dame hat uns alles erklärt.
Eine Pizzeria gibt es auch, schmeckt alles super.
Frühstück, alles was das Herz begehrt, hat nichts gefehlt.
Motorräder stand sicher und gut.
Die Aussicht von den Terrassen ist seht schön.

Cons:

Ich bewerte hier die Zimmer in dem 6000er Bereich.
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, man sollte hier dringend renovieren.
In unserem Zimmer 6104 viel der Putz von der Wand, kaum Möglichkeiten irgendwelche Sachen aufzuhängen.

Studio bylo v samostatnem bungalovu mimo areal hotelu. Bylo dvoupokojove, melo dve koupelny, kuchynsky kout, rozlehlou terasu a zahradu s lehatky a vyhledem na jezero. Bez hluku sousedu. Venkovni zaluzie a funkcni klima. Vyhovovalo nam, ze mame blizko k jezeru. Vlastni parkovaci misto. K bazenu a do restaurace jsme se dostali pohodlne pres hotel vytahem.

Cons:

Starsi vybaveni pokoje, koupelny. Pritom by stacilo trochu pece. Nove zaclony, zavesy, stejne zidle, vymena sprchoveho koutu v koupelne. Demontaz stare skrinky a zrcadla v koupelne.

in camera su due livelli c’era solo un condizionatore vecchio al primo livello che non refrigerava la stanza mentre a quello superiore non essendoci era impossibile dormire per il troppo caldo e l’imiditá

Die Lage ist super und die Assisi vom Zimmer und vom Frühstücksraum traumhaft!
Zimmer war renoviert. Frühstück war eine große Auswahl und für jeden was dabei.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Doppelbett, was leider ständig auseinander gerutscht ist. Das war etwas nervig.
