Catastrophique, j’ai quitté la chambre à 23h30, j’ai passé 1h30 dans la voiture avec mes enfants

Bonjour Madame monsieur,

Je suis arrivé a 23h le 24/10 et j’ai quitté la chambre a 23h30 car il y avait un cafard dans la chambre, l’état propreté odeur catastrophique Monbile mauvais état les murs ils sont anciens Peinture. Franchement je comprends pas comment on peut mettre un Hotel sur un site et se retrouver dans l’hôtel qui est dans un état catastrophique, j’aimerais bien que le directeur ou la directrice fasse un tour dans la chambre et me dire si elle pourra dormir avec ses enfants, j’en suis vraiment désolé d’en arriver. Là, je me suis retrouvé à 23h30 prendre un hôtel qui m’a coûté plus de 150 €

À ce jour j’ai envoyé un mail pour une demande de remboursement ça va faire maintenant cinq jours, j’ai aucun retour, je contacte un numéro de téléphone qu’on m’a fourni et à chaque fois on me dit la même chose la responsable va vous contacter sauf toujours rien

Nothing, worst hotel in my life

Cons:

Sketchy hotel, all night strange moves around! Only sketchy people!

The door didn't close properly so I passed all night cold.
Dirty.
Small.
Destroyed.
I booked it, 5 min later asked to cancel, it was denied.

It is cheap, but save yourself, put more 15€ and run away from here! It's noy worth the money!
