Important information:

You can pay by cash from 06:30 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and 07:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 during weekends and holidays. Outside of these hours you can use the automatic credit card payment system which will enable you to obtain the magnetic key card to gain access to your room.

Please note that for the arrivals between 9pm and 11pm, you will have to self-check-in on a terminal near the entrance.

Une réelle rénovation s'impose et une gérance plus professionnelle
Pros:

L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel en général. Tant dans la journée que la nuit. Les lits assez confortables mais pas de véritables oreillers.

Cons:

Annoncé comme hôtel rénové, notre chambre (72) était remplie de cloques au plafond, le radiateur complètement tordu, la télécommande de la télé ne marchait pas, fuite des wc, pas de papiers toilettes ( j'ai dû descendre réclamer à la réception), les lampes de chevet sans ampoule, un petit déjeuner très mal fourni (un jour pas de pain, l'autre pas croissants, jamais de serviette, obligés de réclamer un jus d'orange)

Que dire… la dame à l’accueil à qui il faut répéter 15 fois le nom de mon entreprise pour une facture (il a quand même fallut recommencer à 5 reprises), les gens qui tapent au mur à 1h du matin et la propreté inexistante (j’ai quand même eu 2 cafards dans mon lit…). Une horreur vraiment. La clim qui fait un bruit monstre (heureusement j’avais des bouchons d’oreilles).

Petit déjeuner décevant a 9h fumée matin il n'y avait plus de viennoiseries en plus se sont des mini croissants et pain chocolat.
J’ai demander s'ils aller en refaire, on m’a dit que non .

Cons:

Nous sommes rester à peine 20 minutes dans le chambre, nous avions des draps troués à cause du cigarettes, une chambre qui ouais le renfermer, une climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas et le comble une blatte dans la chambre.

Cama confortável , só

Cons:

A limpeza era péssima , no dia em que chegamos até uma chiclete usada tinha colada na escada do beliche , não trocaram as toalhas nem a cama . Limpeza muito, muito péssima .
O atendimento era muito mau , o pequeno-almoço não nada tinha de jeito para comer e o que tinha era seco . Para além do preço que pagamos pela estadia , ainda tivemos que pagar mais 2.6€ cada uma por noite derivado a uma taxa turística que já devia estar incluída no valor final apresentado na booking na hora da reserva .

Não voltarei lá com toda a certeza e não recomendo .

Tutto.. incommentabile. Stanza minuscola,calda e per fortuna c era l aria condizionata! Che funzionava malissimo. Pulizia scadente.
