Pros:

Fabulous staff - very welcoming.
Kitchen staff / pool bar staff are very friendly and professional very clean pool, clean bedroom, always have room made up every day
slept comfortably, great bathroom and good A/C!

Cons:

Variety of hot breakfast everyday - pretty much the same everyday but it's really filling breakfastrqqvf

Prolijo, pero esperábamos un poco más.
Cons:

De forma imprevista agregamos dos días en Sorrento y fue el hotel que conseguimos. Tomamos una habitación económica pero resultó demasiado pequeña. No tenía frigobar, cafetera o jarra eléctrica. No nos pudieron solucionar la solicitud de agua caliente en un termo y debimos obtenerla fuera del hotel. La ubicación frente al puerto es tranquila pero avanzada la noche la conectividad con el centro no es buena y la zona muy oscura para caminar.

La ubicación es fantástica para moverte en barco por la costa y es una zona tranquila. Habitación amplia. También destacar que el personal es muy muy agradable, tanto del hotel como del restaurante.

Cons:

El desayuno un poco justo, y el baño de la habitación es mejorable. No tiene nevera la habitación.

Cercano al puerto pero muchas escaleras hasta Sorrento. Poco limpio.
Pros:

Al lado del puerto.Si se va a viajar a las islas y por la costa con frecuencia tiene una ubicación excelente.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear. Ni siquiera dejaban la cama bien hecha y apenas recogían el baño. La ubicación para estar en Sorrento es mala porque está en la parte inferior y hasta el pueblo hay muchas escaleras que no son aptas para todos los públicos. La habitación 212 está en una entreplanta y hay que subir unas cuantas escaleras hasta llegar a ellas. Además, es bastante oscura.

Amalfi över midsommar
Pros:

Läget vid hamnen, bra restaurang i anslutning till hotellet. Vi kunde och lämna bagaget på hotellet under dagen vi checkat ut.

Lite lyhört.

Not really an ideal place to stay
Pros:

It was close to the port and the beaches but far walk from the city center

Cons:

Too many steps up to the city center, the beds were hard as rocks, the bathroom smelled like pee and humidity.

Prachtig hotel, goed gelegen met vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Het hotel ligt vlak aan de jachthaven waar de veerboten vertrekken naar Capri.
Tevens ligt het slechts 100 m verwijderd van het strand van Sorrento.
Met de lift, slechts 250 m verder langs het strand, kan je vlot omhoog en omlaag van en naar het hoger gelegen stadscentrum.
Het ontbijt was heerlijk.
Het personeel uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De parking voor de auto werd voorzien door een valet die hem terugbracht binnen het uur van het verzoek aan 30 € per dag.
De kamer was klein, maar gaf voldoende comfort.
We hadden van op de 4de verdieping aan de voorkant pracht zicht op de jachthaven en de Vesuvius.

Cons:

Douche is erg klein.

A very nice hotel in a great location at the port
Pros:

Great location on the port especially when you arrive by ferry like we did. Nice breakfast and a wonderful view from the room. The rooftop pool is excellent. The place feels really modern. A really nice place to stay in Sorrento
