Que un dia no hicieron limpieza del cuarto y el olor del baño
Zajtrk je bil povprečen. Lokacija pa je bila zelo dobra in mi je bila najbolj všeč.
Osebje večinoma ni bilo prijazno. Soba pa je bila absolutno pod pričakovanji, bila je mala, smrdelo je, okna nismo mogli imeti odprtega, ker je bila pod oknom kadilnica in so ljudje, verjetno osebje, hodili tja kadit. Ena od dveh postelj je bila skoraj zlomljena. Kopalnica je bila ekstremno majhna, tuš ni imel ročke. Wi fi v hotelu je deloval samo en dan in pol, potem pa v hotelu nismo imeli povezave. Zaradi navedenih slabosti sem prosila za zamenjavo sobe, pa me je osebje dva dni od štirih prepričevalo oziroma preusmerjalo na drugo kompeteno osebo, ki pa se ni nikoli pokazala. Soba pa sploh ni bila poceni, 200 EUR na noč, zunaj sezone.

Location excellent down by harbour ,but going into town means walking uphill!
Dated , room small , all activity floors above below very audible , multiple defects bathroom- dreadfully in need of a refit, like redoing toilet flush , nearly blocked sink outlet , dirty sealant around shower tray , shower head poor ….
Location was at the marina which was convenient. Breakfast was good.
Our room was tiny! The shower was so small you couldn’t bend over if you dropped the soap, you had to do a squat to pick it up.😆

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. Everything was just as expected. We would definitely stay here again!

Ubicación y vista
Very spacious sea view room decorated in blue and white. Comfortable beds. Fabulous location for ferry and reaching the lift to the centre.
The lift was so slow often waiting a long time and often used the stairs instead. First night there was very loud music coming from somewhere very close by in to the early hours. The 2nd night was better and quieter.
The location of the hotel is definitely its number one advantage. If you want convenience and easy access to the harbour and ferries to the islands, this is a great choice. Everything is within easy reach, making it very convenient for exploring the area.The rooftop terrace is absolutely AMAZING, with a fantastic view of the beautiful Mount Vesuvius and the harbour. Watching the view from the rooftop is truly special especially at sunset
Unfortunately, the room was extremely small — far too small for two people. There was barely enough space to move around, and we struggled to find room for our luggage.
The bathroom also needs some attention. The shower was very old and heavily affected by limescale, which resulted in poor water pressure and made it difficult to shower properly.
We also found the front desk staff rather unfriendly and unwelcoming. They rarely smiled and spoke very limited English, which sometimes made communication difficult.
That said, the cleaning staff and the rooftop bar staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated their warm service.
