Terrible all around stay and expensive bill at the end of it.

Cons:

Terrible room; dirty and uncomfortable; definitely not worth the price paid; staff generally disinterested in guests; did not even assist with request for help with a taxi.

Pros:

It was very clean and all the employees were super friendly!

Cons:

The shower pressure sucked so it took me longer to shower. Literally felt like I was outside in the rain while it was sprinkling. There was also a few hairs in the shower when I got there. No biggy though.

Pros:

Beautiful facility. Very nice staff, they were both informative and helpful. Little airport just behind the facility and an occasional small plane or helicopter would take off, one particularly early. Bed was overly soft, I do prefer a firm mattress.

Wonderful
Pros:

Wonderful place, staff was very friendly and helpful. It was clean, family friendly, and they really made you feel like you were welcome. We had booked at a different motel that was absolutely awful. We stayed one night and then checked out. We stopped at the Hilton Garden Inn without any reservations and they made accommodations immediately and at a wonderful price. Can't say enough good about them.

People would come back if the breakfast was free and better.
Pros:

The hotel was generally good and clean. the decor is modern and attractive. The location is optimal. The staff was friendly and helpful. I think there may be a charge for the wifi , but when I called for the password, the clerk gave me a promo code to get it free. WHen I had a hard time understanding his accent, he wrote it on paper and delivered it to my room.There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The blackout curtains were effective. The pool area was enjoyable and offered towels. There are two nice workout rooms.

Cons:

The reason for the overall lower rating is their $10 person charge for breakfast. This includes EITHER something ordered from the grill (eggs, bacon) OR selections from a very meager "buffet" which offered a few granola bars, bread, bagels, apples, oranges, orange & cranberry juice and plain yogurt (with of without a couple of berries and a teaspoon of granola.) The yogurts were dated with one and two day old dates. That was literally all that was there when I visited.
The beds felt hard to me but not to my family member.
The TV package was fairly meager with relatively few offerings.

I arrived late without a reso, a room was available and the front desk we as unable to figure out how to get me a room, I had to book my self at the desk??? After about 20 minutes i had a key and a room, I went to my room and the key wouldn't work, went back down to get new keys, did this 3 time's..... And on the 3rd time he had to use his key to open the door and i had to go get him if I wanted to get back into my room .

Pros:

We didn't have breakfast and our room did not come with a complimentary one... You have to pay a little more for your room to get a free breakfast.

Cons:

That there was a small airport right next to the hotel, which had very early flights going out. Small planes in helicopters. Our room needed a little maintenance.
