The hotel was generally good and clean. the decor is modern and attractive. The location is optimal. The staff was friendly and helpful. I think there may be a charge for the wifi , but when I called for the password, the clerk gave me a promo code to get it free. WHen I had a hard time understanding his accent, he wrote it on paper and delivered it to my room. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The blackout curtains were effective. The pool area was enjoyable and offered towels. There are two nice workout rooms.
The reason for the overall lower rating is their $10 person charge for breakfast. This includes EITHER something ordered from the grill (eggs, bacon) OR selections from a very meager "buffet" which offered a few granola bars, bread, bagels, apples, oranges, orange & cranberry juice and plain yogurt (with of without a couple of berries and a teaspoon of granola.) The yogurts were dated with one and two day old dates. That was literally all that was there when I visited.
The beds felt hard to me but not to my family member.
The TV package was fairly meager with relatively few offerings.
Very clean room. More than ample storage in room. Service staff were so friendly and helpful.
Nothing
Was clean and we'll.kept
I arrived late without a reso, a room was available and the front desk we as unable to figure out how to get me a room, I had to book my self at the desk??? After about 20 minutes i had a key and a room, I went to my room and the key wouldn't work, went back down to get new keys, did this 3 time's..... And on the 3rd time he had to use his key to open the door and i had to go get him if I wanted to get back into my room .
We didn't have breakfast and our room did not come with a complimentary one... You have to pay a little more for your room to get a free breakfast.
That there was a small airport right next to the hotel, which had very early flights going out. Small planes in helicopters. Our room needed a little maintenance.
It was fine, but the shower was horrible and room very noisy.
Very low pressure shower and a very noisy room
I didn’t have breakfast because it was very expensive on top of what we paid for the room
You could provide a continental breakfast like most other places
Very nice and clean rooms. On site restaurant and bar.
Breakfast was not free like every other hotel I considered. It was also very expensive so we just left and ate elsewhere.
We booked three nights at this hotel for a big event in the area. Initially, the coffee machine and the shower did not work in our room. Amanda, the manager was notified. The next day, maintenance checked out the issues and did absolutely nothing. My wife had to go to my daughter's room to wash her hair. When I tried to eat something at what appeared to be a continental breakfast bar, the rude food clerk intervened and said I was not entitled to breakfast. This was embarrassing to say the least, and the first time I have ever stayed at a hotel with a continental breakfast bar that was ONLY for a select group of customers. There is nothing on my reservation that says the breakfast bar is only for certain bookings. Eventually, Elizabeth O'Leary, the General Manager got involved and had Fabiano Pierra call me after we left. Fabiano said he was sorry. Great... Sorry! Basically kicked out of the breakfast bar, the shower did not work and the coffee machine did not work, and he was sorry. He said he would open an investigation, perhaps refund part of the costs, and get back with me. Still haven't heard back. So, I filed a complaint with corporate when I returned home a week later and was told I'd hear back in three days. It has been over a month now and I have not heard back. We had 32 people staying in the area at other hotels. They all had a delightful experience. We did not. Bottom line, pick another hotel when staying in Kalispell.
Awesome restaurant
Localização e quartos confortáveis,
Iluminação insuficiente.
Cosmetic wooden door encasing the refrigerator causes excessive heat buildup surrounding the fridge making it work harder, wasting more power and giving guests the impression that it needs to turn up the coldness level. It needs to be reworked with a screened window for the heat to escpe. Also, the picture over the toilet needs to be moved to the main room, opposite the other similarly sized picture, thereby balancing the room's design. Also, its current location impinges on the area of the sole hook to hang a shower towel. Besides all that, everything else was great!

The front desk staff was friendly, but the check-in process was disappointing. Three of us arrived together for separate rooms. The first two checked in without issue, but when it was my turn, I was told there were no rooms available. I was asked to wait in the lobby and offered a complimentary lemonade.
The pillows were very uncomfortable — I ended up with a bad headache and even had to walk two miles to Walgreens for ibuprofen. Noise was another big issue, with the guest above me walking heavily late into the night. When one guest checked out and another moved in, the problem continued. The restaurant next door is convenient but overpriced.
Pros:
Friendly front desk staff
Grocery store right next door
Cons:
Reservation not honored at check-in
Uncomfortable pillows (caused headaches)
Excessive noise from upstairs rooms
Overpriced restaurant next door
