The staff are so freindly and get assistance with easy.The room was so clean and comfortable bed.
The breakfast was nice and delicious.
The shower head was loose, but after reporting it was replaced by a new one.

we are requested to save water - i went to shower and the water was cold. I did run the shower for atleast 5 min with no change. We called maintenance who cam and checked and my son could shower. Next morning same problem
I cannot comment on the facilities as I did not want to stay there.
I decided not to stay as the area did not feel safe when I drove past. It looked dirty and not well signposted. My family were not happy with me staying there. I found alternative accommodation.
Clean and comfortable room. The bed was also comfortable. They also assisted with an earlier check in which was really appreciated. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
One of the reception ladies had a bit of attitude. I did not make a big deal out of it but when I said I arranged for earlier check in she was a bit rude showing some attitude. I understand you get busy days and some days where you don't feel like a ray of sunshine. But other customers might not always see it like this. Especially being at reception you need to be the face of the hotel and be welcoming. She was friendly later on so I just let it be.
The restaurant set up near the pond. Brings a good evening dinning experience although their alacata menu is too short.
The TV was not working it needs to be replaced cannot control volume with remote and manually

The plugs and air conditioner not working
The staff was friendly, and the lady at the reception allowed us to check in early as we arrived early. The staff in general they were very friendly
We didn't sleep because of the noise from 315, and they left their door for more than an hour, causing irritating noise, this lasted until 02h30 am. I really had a bad experience 😕 I even called the reception, but it didn't help.
