Clean and comfortable room. The bed was also comfortable. They also assisted with an earlier check in which was really appreciated. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
One of the reception ladies had a bit of attitude. I did not make a big deal out of it but when I said I arranged for earlier check in she was a bit rude showing some attitude. I understand you get busy days and some days where you don't feel like a ray of sunshine. But other customers might not always see it like this. Especially being at reception you need to be the face of the hotel and be welcoming. She was friendly later on so I just let it be.
The restaurant set up near the pond. Brings a good evening dinning experience although their alacata menu is too short.
The TV was not working it needs to be replaced cannot control volume with remote and manually

The plugs and air conditioner not working

My first bed wasn’t comfortable also the sink wasn’t properly flashing
The staff was friendly, and the lady at the reception allowed us to check in early as we arrived early. The staff in general they were very friendly
We didn't sleep because of the noise from 315, and they left their door for more than an hour, causing irritating noise, this lasted until 02h30 am. I really had a bad experience 😕 I even called the reception, but it didn't help.
Was a comfortable and quick stay. Staff were friendly and room service was super quick. Both buffet breakfast and in room dining was delicious.
Unfortunately our bathroom had no hot water. Because we had a 1 night stay and was at an event - it was something that could not be fixed with the time we had.
The experience was unsatisfactory. There was no water supply for two days, and the management failed to communicate with us regarding this issue. Water was delivered using buckets due to the absence of a backup system. The rooms were untidy. Utter failure in service.
