Pros:

pleasant staff, generally quiet and comfortable room

Cons:

light in bathroom was out
exercise room had NO TOWELS, NO AIR CIRCULATION, NO MAT TO STRETCH, SMALL CUPS FOR WATER
breakfast - other than a small piece of fruit that was hard to identify wrapped in plastic there was nothing fresh
bugs in bathroom

Checked out early and found a much cleaner and well maintained place to stay.
Pros:

Cons:

Extremely dirty, floor with multiple stains on carpet. Hair in bathroom tub. Picked up a chair to move it and there was sticky black stuff all over my hand. Smelled horrible.
Worst experience ever. Had I not already been settled in and checked in at midnight, I would have left. Hardly slept due to smell and lack of cleanliness.
