Need to improve customer service and need to get rid of the smell in the rooms
Pros:

The front desk lady that was there on 10/31/26 around 3:00 pm was not welcoming or friendly at all. When I arrived at 3:00 pm to check in there was no one in the front desk, I had to wait for over 30 minutes. Thanks to the cleaning lady she found the front desk person to help me, the front desk lady didn’t even apologize for the long wait. We need more friendly people at this hotel

Cons:

The room smelled horrible, the bathroom shower curtain smelled so bad I had to rush to take a shower. They need to change those shower curtains.

Cons:

Front desk help was lackluster. Not friendly at all and on checkout, weren't available for several minutes. I also didn't like, that they charge for parking?? $5 a day? I won't be back, good luck.

Disappointed
Pros:

It was convenient off the highway and near places to eat and gas stations. I was hopeful due to the reviews on booking.

Cons:

We came in late in from our travels exhausted for a one night stay. I am glad we only booked for a night. At first glance the room looked fine, then we noticed the room had not been maintained well. We had to fix the black out curtains because they were coming off their hooks. There was a hole in the molding in the bathroom and spots on the bathroom floor. The door had a huge gap on the side at the bottom which caused a lot of light and noise to come in. The carpets had stains. Then to top it all off, next morning I found a baby bottle under the couch while putting on my shoes so it made me question more how much my room was cleaned prior to our stay. I told the staff on my way out and of course they apologized and said they are understaffed and were rushing. Then I was informed I would have to call the manager to make it right which I will be doing. This was advertised as 4star and the room felt 2star.

Our stay was a decent stay overall and a good value.
Pros:

Fairly clean and nice staff.

Cons:

Fitness center didn't have much. The tv inside the fitness center didn't work.
But most of all our access cards kept needed reactivating every day of our stay even though we kept them away from electronics . This was most annoying and should be addressed.

We had a great stay.
Pros:

Location is great, this is our family’s second time staying. Staff was very friendly , love the horse theme! It was a quiet, clean with decent prices.

Cons:

The pool looked like it needed to be a little more cleaned

Won’t stay there again.
Pros:

Lobby smelled musty. Bathroom vanity light didn’t work, bathroom vent fan loud and squeaky when turned on, bathroom vent fan very dusty/not clean, bathroom vanity mirror frame chipped, stains on carpet.

The hotel needs attention to detail.
