Room was like an oven
Pros:

After our late arrival, the thermostat in the room was set to 89 F and it was like an oven. We reset to a normal temp and assumed all would be well soon. It cooled for a while but then went to heat again. We called the front desk, they reset, but it wouldn’t work for more than 20 minutes at a time. At 2:30 am, they finally agreed to move us to another room. The guy at the front desk was very apologetic, saying he would recommend compensation for our stay. We had to get up early to make a 10 hour drive and needless to say, got almost no sleep at all. Worst experience ever, and the manager only approved a 10% refund. You can do better, Hampton!!

I want a partial refund or something for this horrible inconvenience

Facility was very clean and well kept and staff was very nice.

Cons:

The elevator was out the entire stay. I had a 3rd floor room and my handicap aunt had a second floor room. We were in town for my Grandma's Funeral and already mentally and physically exhausted. We all had to take several flights of stairs up and down several times throughout our stay.. Very disappointed. And our fridge didn't get cold all our food spoiled! My room was 318 and my aunt Brenda Baker Thomas stayed in 217. Very poor experience!! I paid 285.00 for the room and a 75.00 non refundable pet deposit!!! I spent too much damn money to not be comfortable and content!

Pros:

I spent the past weekend here for a Girls Night/FriendsMAS and truly enjoyed my stay. The location was central to a lot of eateries and shops. The room was spacious, clean and the staff was phenomenal.

Good experience.
Pros:

Not sure if construction happening above the room , constantly stomping, running and hitting the wall. Everything great but noise until after 1 am. Running in stairs.
