Location was very close to I 70. Breakfast was good lot of options. The fan on the heater/AC unit was pretty loud. Other than that the stay was great.

Nice, but the pool was out of services, my A/C would shut off about 1am - it would get hot in my room ( i had it turned done to 67 the lowest setting - it never cooled down cooler than 70 and I wasn’t the only one with our conference group that had this issue. One of my group waited over an hour to get front desk help when she got locked out….. our second morning the bananas were black ( banana bread making type) this is unacceptable. The conference room only had 1 of the 3 A/C units that actually worked - we had 30 bodies in this conference room so it got quite warm- we had to ask the front desk for a fan to help move the air around do to the 2 units being broke. I have stayed in several Hampton Inns from California, Baltimore and Florida and this was by far a disappointment. It appeared to be understaffed for a conference there. (My observation).
Jasmine was completely unprofessional very disrespectful. Very unhelpful could not have had a worship experience. The hotel lobby was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Now she’s currently charging me for a room that I didn’t even get three rooms that I didn’t even get the opportunity to stay in she will not be in that position very long. She’s not a people person should not be dealing with the general public.
Breakfast was as usual for a Hampton Inn meaning it was pretty good and so was the satff that took care of us.
The beds were a little off as to the comfort level we are accustomed to at a Hampton Inn in that they were way to squishy for our tastes not nearly firm enough for elderly people that need back support. Please update and we wouldn't mind staying here again thanks.

We actually didn’t stay her bc they were full, but Leanna helped us find what we needed. She even called them and told them we were coming. She was friendly and helpful! Customer service was definitely one of a kind.
The room was very roomy and the bathroom was fitted with a number of grab bars. The staff were very helpful at breakfast.

It was close to restaurants
Everything was great
First to the room wasn't ready for 3:00 check and had to wait for the major to finish up or record it whatever needed to be done that it was open secondly the ice machine was broken on the floor had to go up three floors to get ice of the aprily and ice and 3rd and worst of all the shower didn't work the shower was broken so the next morning I had to stay without taking a shower disgusting way to start your day after you've been driving for 8 hours had everything been working as normal the price would have been okay but it wasn't I could have stayed at a motel 6 and had the same service.
Large clean room, beautiful large windows to catch the sun. I didn't need it but there was a shower chair there, I would bring my mom here.

The hotel and grounds were very tidy. We loved how clean everything seemed and how kind the staff were.
In regards to the room, I did not like the air conditioner blowing in my face all night. I left with a stuffy nose and felt unwell.
