Pool was drained for maintenance and we were not made aware of that. Kids weren't happy but they survived!

Pros:

The breakfast was very nice and it was great that it was available until 10am as we have teenagers. Also, PK who works the breakfast was amazingly nice and helpful! It was great to have a fridge in the room without having to request one.

Cons:

Some of the towels need to be upgraded. And they were out of complimentary razors and toothbrushes when we asked. But they did offer where we could go close by to get some.

All in all a good stay. Room was comfortable albeit kind of noisy with footsteps above and carts
