Our room was a handicapped room and I had booked months out in advance. We were given that room because we checked in late . Room was dirty smelly and the best part was a large barking dog that was in the next room that barked all night . After a 14 hour drive I wanted to sleep and well it was impossible. I asked for another room and was told no .

We drove thru terrible storms-relief and rejuvenation to sleep and recharge.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast with lots of options.

Cons:

Had difficulty booking directly. Had to go thru booking.com because my Hilton honors number was old and when calling on the road the call did not go thru

Leanna is the best!
Pros:

Leanna at the front desk is such an asset to the hotel! She is warm, kind, and helpful. I am traveling with my elderly parents and she was so kind & patient. All the staff were great but Leanna really stood out.

The hotel served our purposes but attention to detail needs to be taken into consideration.
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. the counter person was so friendly but sorry I don't remember her name. We visited with family in the lobby and she was so fun and engaging with our group.

Cons:

The facility is a bit run down. The front panel on the AC unit was falling off. The TV didn't work and generally the place looks like it needs some TLC.
