Bien placé et facile d'accès

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner devait être pris dans l'établissement d'à côté avec les regards insistants des responsables pour qu'il soit pris très vite car je devais être le dernier. Désagréable

Pomimo interwencji nie otrzymałem faktury do teraz . Przy meldowaniu się powiedziano mi ,że faktura zostanie dostarczony na email ponieważ mają zepsuta drukarkę . Brak jakiegokolwiek kontaktu z strony hotelu . Mało tego przy wymeldowaniu się w recepcji powinna być osoba od 6:30 zgodnie z harmonogramem hotelu - wyjechałem z hotelu o 7:45 dalej nikogo nie było

Pas trop mal vu les circonstances (nous avions roulé 750 km avant d'arriver)

Le petit déjeuner pris à l'hôtel Kyriad (pour les clients du 1ère Classe) était extrêmement limité par rapport au buffet de Kyriad.

Cons:

Le distributeur de savon ne fonctionnait pas et la douche est vraiment microscopique

En travaux, attendre avant d y aller

L hotel est en travaux . Nous étions 3 avec une arrivee a 23h. Une fois nos cartes de chambres récupérées sur la borne nous avons du téléphoner au numéro d urgence affiche car les numéros de chambres n etaient plus sur les portes. Dans ma chambre le cordon d alimentation de la télé avait ete enlevé , dans la 2eme chambre pas de télécommande et dans la 3eme chambre pas d ampoule dans les veilleuses donc lecture au bureau. Les portes n étant pas très hermétiques, le bruit des voitures etait hyper présent.
Le lendemain matin ,le petit déjeuner etait a prendre a l hotel kyriad a côté (a cause des travaux) mais nous n avions reçu aucun message d information, nous l avons lu sur la porte de la réception. Puis impossible de trouver la boîte a lettre pour rendre les cartes ,là aussi rien n est clair. Je leur souhaite qu apres les travaux ,ils améliorent tout cela car meme si ce sont des petits prix, et on le sait quand on réserve, cela ne dispense pas de mail ou meme de nous le dire quand nous les avons eu au telephone ou tout simplement.
