O hotel não disponibiliza o ar condicionado, alegando que está frio e a recepcionista disse que eu deveria dormir de janela aberta. Entretanto, existe um barulho externo alto, que prejudica o sono. Além disso, tira a privacidade dos hóspedes, porque existem construções em frente.
