Bom atendimento próximo à Gran Via
Pros:

Atendimento da Belen

Cons:

Degraus na entrada; cama supostamente de casal, mas formada por duas de solteiro unidas. Mesmo colocando o "pillow" na junção, fica uma sensação desagradável quando se dorme sobre a junção

Pros:

The reception staff were nice and welcoming, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself was very disappointing. There was a strong unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in, and when we asked about it, they didn’t have any air freshener or anything to help with the smell.

The bathroom was also quite disgusting and did not feel properly cleaned. The bathtub in particular had visible dirt, stains and hair in it. Definitely not the level of cleanliness I would expect. The room was incredibly ugly.

The staff were lovely, but unfortunately the condition and cleanliness of the room completely ruined the stay for me. I wouldn’t recommend it. Great location though.
