Nada. Todo fue perfecto
The hotel service itself was good, but we had a major issue with the hotel's transportation partner. We booked transfer for 14 people (3 families) to a specific hotel in Hoi An, providing exact details ahead of time. Instead of dropping us at our hotel, the driver left us in a parking lot, claiming buses were banned on the island. We had to pay a substantial extra fee for local transport. To make matters worse, we later saw other buses arriving on the island without issue.
If the transportation company took payment to bring us directly to our hotel, they had an obligation to verify access beforehand. Had they informed us in advance that a large bus could not reach the property, we would have gladly split into smaller vehicles that could. Failing to fulfill the agreed drop-off location created unnecessary expense and stress for our group, which marred what was otherwise a good stay.
Breakfast presentation provided a great variety of foods, and the outdoor balcony area was excellent (nice ambience).
Wait staff were very attentive and friendly.
Upstairs bar and restaurant were a pleasure to use and enjoy the food. Also, great Salted Coffee.
Concierge Van Duc was super friendly, knowledgeable and provided us with great advice for food and arranged various tours for us.
Great location, good staff, comfortable rooms
We requested a quiet room but were situated on the 7th floor right above the pool. The pool opens at 6am & you can clearly hear kids yelling etc. from this time of the morning. We were also unfortunate to have a father teaching his kids to swim at 6am each morning- yelling instructions to them as they had swimming caps on. The staff did offer a change of room for us & gave us a discount at the restaurant.

Our stay at TTC Imperial Hotel Hue was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Everything was exceptional — the beautiful architecture, wonderful atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and above all, the incredibly friendly and professional staff. The hotel has a truly special charm and made our stay in Hue unforgettable.
A very special mention goes to VAN DUC, the porter, who left an especially big and positive impression on us. When we arrived at the hotel, one of the wheels on our suitcase had broken off. Without us even mentioning the problem or asking for help, VAN DUC noticed it and repaired the suitcase for us. That level of attentiveness, kindness and genuine care is something you rarely experience.
He went far beyond what we expected, and his thoughtfulness truly made a difference.
We can wholeheartedly recommend TTC Imperial Hotel Hue to anyone visiting Hue. Fantastic hotel, amazing staff, beautiful surroundings and exceptional service.

Net hotel, goed ontbijt.
Bedden waren hard.
Hotel itself was just okay — needs more maintenance. The gym was in poor condition and basically unusable, the pool was a bit cold and not very enjoyable, and the bathroom design wasn't great. Overall the upkeep didn't feel 5-star.
BUT — Van Duc, who helps with taxis/tours downstairs, made our whole stay. He was incredibly helpful and honestly a rare gem. Ask for him!

Staff were not at all helpful. When asked for advice just pointed in general direction. Bar and breakfast staff only did basics in serving, often a wait and limited interaction
