Don’t go anywhere else
Pros:

Such an amazing 5 star hotel in a perfect location in Hue. Can not fault it. The staff were exceptional especially Van Duc who made sure all our needs were met. The decor is fabulous and the rooms are brilliant. We had coned rooms with widths of the perfume river and the city. The breakfast buffet was so good with a huge selection of all types of food. Can not fault it.

Cons:

Honestly nothing except for minor detail that rooftop bar didn’t sell cocktails until 6pm but that’s being so picky

⭐️⭐️ Trải nghiệm đáng thất vọng tại TTC Imperial Huế – đặc biệt là lúc trả phòng

Gia đình tôi từ Pháp về Huế thăm quê hương và đã thuê phòng tại TTC Imperial Huế trong 7 đêm, từ ngày 9 đến 16/8. Cùng đi còn có gia đình anh tôi, tổng cộng 9 người, 3 phòng.

Trong thời gian lưu trú, chúng tôi đã sử dụng nhà hàng, dịch vụ spa và dịch vụ giặt ủi của khách sạn.

Điều khiến tôi thất vọng nhất lại xảy ra vào lúc trả phòng.

Nhân viên lễ tân thông báo rằng phòng của tôi mất một chiếc móc treo quần áo bằng gỗ. Tôi đã giải thích rằng tôi không hề lấy chiếc móc nào và cũng không có lý do gì để lấy một chiếc móc treo khi tôi từ Pháp về Huế thăm quê hương.

Tôi cũng nghĩ rằng trong thời gian ở khách sạn, chúng tôi có khá nhiều quần áo gửi giặt, nên hoàn toàn có khả năng quần áo hoặc móc treo giữa các phòng bị lẫn với nhau.

Tuy nhiên, lễ tân vẫn nhiều lần nhắc lại rằng “bị mất một cái móc treo quần áo”.

Tôi đã chủ động đề nghị mở hành lý ngay tại sảnh để khách sạn kiểm tra, nhưng phía lễ tân lại không thực hiện việc kiểm tra. Cuối cùng, tôi được yêu cầu viết vài dòng xác nhận rằng tôi không lấy móc treo và ký tên. Tôi tất nhiên đã làm theo yêu cầu.

Thật sự, tôi không thể tưởng tượng một khách sạn tiêu chuẩn 5 sao lại xử lý một tình huống như vậy theo cách thiếu chuyên nghiệp đến thế.

Điều đáng tiếc là tôi đã không nghĩ đến việc chụp lại toàn bộ số móc treo và các vật dụng trong phòng ngay khi nhận phòng. Đây cũng là kinh nghiệm tôi muốn chia sẻ với những khách khác.

Tôi đã từng ở nhiều khách sạn 5 sao tại Pháp, Mỹ, London, Bắc Kinh, Đà Nẵng..., và ngay cả khi ở Caravelle Sài Gòn, khi trả phòng khách chỉ cần hoàn trả thẻ phòng và làm thủ tục check-out. Nếu có vấn đề như hư hỏng hoặc sử dụng minibar thì việc kiểm tra và trao đổi là hoàn toàn hợp lý. Nhưng ở đây lại là một chiếc móc treo quần áo.

Chưa hết, trong thời gian lưu trú, chúng tôi phát hiện một số con nhỏ giống rệp ở khu vực giường và tủ.

Ligging was perfect. Mooi hotel met zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Perfect zwembad en de entree was zeer indrukwekkend!

Good hotel, but avoid using their transportation services.
Cons:

The hotel service itself was good, but we had a major issue with the hotel's transportation partner. We booked transfer for 14 people (3 families) to a specific hotel in Hoi An, providing exact details ahead of time. Instead of dropping us at our hotel, the driver left us in a parking lot, claiming buses were banned on the island. We had to pay a substantial extra fee for local transport. To make matters worse, we later saw other buses arriving on the island without issue.

If the transportation company took payment to bring us directly to our hotel, they had an obligation to verify access beforehand. Had they informed us in advance that a large bus could not reach the property, we would have gladly split into smaller vehicles that could. Failing to fulfill the agreed drop-off location created unnecessary expense and stress for our group, which marred what was otherwise a good stay.

TTC Imperial was well worth our stay. Great location and atmosphere.
Pros:

Breakfast presentation provided a great variety of foods, and the outdoor balcony area was excellent (nice ambience).
Wait staff were very attentive and friendly.
Upstairs bar and restaurant were a pleasure to use and enjoy the food. Also, great Salted Coffee.
Concierge Van Duc was super friendly, knowledgeable and provided us with great advice for food and arranged various tours for us.

Great location, good staff, comfortable rooms

Cons:

We requested a quiet room but were situated on the 7th floor right above the pool. The pool opens at 6am & you can clearly hear kids yelling etc. from this time of the morning. We were also unfortunate to have a father teaching his kids to swim at 6am each morning- yelling instructions to them as they had swimming caps on. The staff did offer a change of room for us & gave us a discount at the restaurant.
