Pros:

Nous avons passé 2 semaines au Vietnam et cet hôtel est celui que nous avons le plus apprécié. Personnel au petit soin. Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité. Chambre très confortable et spacieuse et piscine très agréable. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter si l'occasion se présente.

Imperial in decor & style, with great staff
Pros:

A truly charming hotel with old but very nice decor and opulent foyer with very attentive staff. Featuring dark solid timber furnishings, quiet large bedroom and bathroom, similar to historical Imperial buildings-tastefully done. Firmish large bed, great hot water pressure. A/cond fan was loud on low setting.
Restaurant and bar were nice with reasonable prices.
Walking distance to Imperial citadel, nice river walk and other restaurants/cafes.
We enjoyed our stay.

Don't hesitate and book your stay!
Pros:

I'll start by saying my overall experience was wonderful and definitely suited 5-star treatment. From the amenities to the staff's attitude, absolutely enjoyment. In particular I'd like to name Van Duc who went out of his way to help with anything needed and always with a bright smile! Will definitely return to TTC again!

Pros:

The location of the hotel was good, with a choice of restaurants close by. Our room was lovely and big, we did have a small problem with the safe in the room but it was fixed promptly. The views from the roof top bar are fabulous.

Cons:

Sadly breakfast wasn't great, food wasn't hot and things took some time to be replenished.

Super Hotel mit super Service
Pros:

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im TTC Imperial Hotel sehr genossen. Die Lage und das Zimmer waren sehr gut. Der Service war etwas ganz besonderes. Van Duc der Bell Captain hat uns mit allem unterstützt und unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gestaltet und organisiert. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Hue kommen, dann auf jeden Fall in das TTC Imperia Hotel.

Zentrale Lage. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

In einem angeblich 5-Sterne-Hotel sollte es Body-Lotion geben. Wie in fast allen Hotels in Vietnam gibt es wenig Stauraum.
