The staff, Van Duc was brilliant, made sure we were very well looked after. Loanne had is dressed up as Kings the minute we arrived. Breakfast was fabulous. The pool area quiet and clean. We had beers in the sky terrace which was very relaxing.

Our room had an amazing view and housekeeping kept our room spotless.

The hotel is a little older so don't expect super modern, but all the facilities and rooms have everything you need including great water pressure in the very nice shower.

Would definitely stay again.

Was für ein super Hotel! Extrem sauber, überaus freundliches Personal. Bei der üppigen Frühstücksauswahl ist für jede Nation was dabei. Ob Eierspeisen oder Pho Suppe (Vorort alles frisch zubereitet ) ,frischer Wassermelonensaft, Mangosaft, 2 Sorten Würstchen, Bacon, Gemüsespeisen, Reisspeisen, verschiedene Sorten Käse, Wurst, Tomaten, Gurken, anderes Gemüse, verschiedene Kaffee- und Teespezialitäten, Kuchenstücke, dunkle und helle Brötchen, 2 Sorten Toast, 3 Sorten Meterbrote, Croissants, Cornflakes, große frische Obstauswahl. Zudem kann man herrlich über den Dächern von Hue draußen sitzen. Ein super tolles Frühstück!!!
Abends kann man im Rooftop herrlich speisen und in der Skybar drinnen oder im Außenbereuch einen bezahlbaren Drink nehmen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut und groß,gute Matratzen, sauberes gepflegtes Badezimmer. Nahe des Kaiserpalastes und am Parfumfluss.

Excellent hotel and facilities in the centre of Hue
Pros:

Having stayed here previously I was hoping it would be just as good and it was. Van Duc was in particular was really helpful and always pleasant to greet us.
