Would highly recommend
Pros:

Great hotel, and the staff are amazing - Van Duc in particular was so helpful during our stay.
We hired a car for a day trip and transfer to Hoi An and the service was fantastic.
Rooms are lovely, the breakfast spread was tasty and varied and the location was perfect to get to the river or the citadel.
We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Cons:

The bar area looked nice although there wasn’t much of an atmosphere and the service could be improved.

Pros:

Overall a very good hotel. Generous breakfast buffet. Attentive and hard working staff - reception, food service and housekeeping.
Excellent view on the 16th floor.

Cons:

I found a cockroach snooping around on top of a towel in the bathroom.
The thermostat is difficult to use.
