Hue imperial.
Pros:

El hotel se encuentra ubicado en un enclave perfecto. Zona tranquila y segura. Además que cuenta con múltiples zonas para comer comida local. La ciudad imperial se encuentra cerca y el paseo por el río. La habitación que nos tocó tenía vistas a la ciudad. Era muy amplia y muy muy cómoda. Colchón y almohadas perfectas. Contaba con todo tipo de detalles (nuestros nombres salían en la tele dándonos la bienvenida). Es un hotel a mi gusto súper bonito. El desayuno incluido es yo creo que de los mejores. Comida recién preparada y riquísima toda la que probé. La mermelada de piña me pareció increíble. El personal se mostró siempre muy dispuesto a ayudar y prestar atención. No puedo opinar de la piscina porque no nos dio tiempo a probarla. Pero la instalación contaba con todo.

Bữa sáng đa dạng, phong phú, rất tốt

Cons:

Phòng vệ sinh. Thiết bị mặc dù sử dụng rất tốt NHƯNG phòng tắm thực sự không ổn. CHỈ CÓ VÒI SEN GẮN TRẦN MÀ KHÔNG CÓ VÒI SEN MỀM dẫn đến khó khăn trong sinh hoạt, đặc biệt cho phụ nữ và trẻ em. Có bồn tắm nhưng bồn tắm cũng không có vòi sen mềm kèm theo nên nếu có trẻ em rất khó khăn để tắm. Người lớn tuổi ban đêm chỉ có nhu cầu rửa ráy cũng không thể.

Our stay at TTC Imperial Hotel was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and offered exceptional service, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of the staff.
A very special thank you to Van Duc, whose kindness, professionalism, and wonderful personality made all the difference. He was incredibly helpful in planning our entire itinerary while we were in Hue, offering fantastic recommendations and making sure we got the most out of our visit. His knowledge of the area was invaluable, and he always took the time to answer our questions with patience and enthusiasm.
Beyond being so helpful, Van Duc was genuinely funny, charismatic, and welcoming. Every conversation with him brightened our day, and he made us feel less like hotel guests and more like friends. His warmth and sense of humor created such a positive atmosphere that we’ll always remember him as one of the highlights of our trip.
The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and committed to providing exceptional hospitality. Every interaction reflected a genuine desire to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
Thank you, Van Duc, and everyone at TTC Imperial Hotel, for making our time in Hue so memorable. We will always look back on our stay with fond memories and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hue.

Not a five star hotel, more like a 3 star.
Pros:

It was cheap, good location. The cocktails at the bar are good.

Cons:

This is definitely NOT a 5 star property. The hotel is very dated now. The aircon did not work well so the room stayed very hot, we asked to move to another room and it was exactly the same. The curtains are thin cream curtains, they do not block any sun so the room is very bright at 5:30am and then all day. There are limited power points, the first room didn’t even have a bedside table so you had to keep your things on the ground next to you. The fridge temp was turned off so we put our baby food in and the next day it was warm and spoiled.
Also, while the rooms are clean enough the hotel itself lacks cleanliness- there were cigarette butts floating in the pool, the bar floor is filthy with hair and dirt all over it (our baby walked/crawled on the floor and his hands and feet were black afterwards) and the kids play area also has a dirt build up on the floor and toys. Looks like no one ever bothers to check these area. Also they advertise happy hour all over the hotel but then said we had to give the hotel a five star Google review to actually get it 🙄
I wouldn’t stay here again, it was our worst experience in Asia.
