Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, der Pool ok, das Personal super! Valet, Frühstücksleute..einfach lieb!

Cons:

Der permanent Lärm aus dem Zimmer draußen(Lüftung unten von Küche etc) Klimaanlage sehr laut, Fitness recht alt(aber OK). Frühstück jeden 2.Tag das gleiche, kaum Obst (kein Obstsalat), Gemüse und echtes Müsli (normal für hier, für Deutsche war alles zu süß).

Was nice
Pros:

Nice room, beds, decor. Breakfast was great, smart TV for streaming bonus.

Cons:

Room was not cleaned properly. Garbage left in the kitchen and bathroom, sticky cupboard and stove surfaces, can tell it was not wiped and cleaned at all. Past guest food left in cupboard and garbage in the bathroom.

Pros:

Hotel was clean and well maintained, even with work going on it was still clean. Staff were helpful especially Mario on the front door. Location was perfect for the CN tower and Scotiabank Arena

Cons:

Not a lot, only gripe was the pool was cold and needed a good clean.

The place to stay!
Pros:

This hotel has everything you needed. The pool and the hot tube were great and enjoyed by everyone. The breakfast was perfect. It had alot of choices to choose from...even for those picky eaters. This hotel is close to everything. We were able to valet the car and walk everywhere we needed to go. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We needed ice and more pillows and were quick to get them for us. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Pros:

Que la habitación fuera amplia y muy ordenada. Todos los electrodomésticos fueron muy útiles.
La piscina estaba limpia y habia vestuario para poder bañarse.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, el hotel no tenía un restaurante, lo que nos hizo ir a cenar fuera del local.
Uno de los otros huéspedes se metió a la piscina sin ducharse previamente.
