Great location to the Notre Dame University, with comfortable rooms and clean facilities
Pros:

Good. The types of hot food varied each day, which was appreciated. The staff member in charge of the breakfast station was friendly and attentive in her work. You could tell that she took pride in supporting the guests.

Cons:

My interaction with the desk staff in getting their assistance in updating my reservation. It was booked through a 3rd party vendor. But when the 3rd party vendor needed the on-site property's assistance for making those updates, and were contacted directly by said 3rd party company, they were not helpful in updating property information for making this change.

Friendly staff

Cons:

I got confusing messages about not being able to check in after midnight, which I tried to alert the hotel in advance to. Then I was told I couldn't again. It was stressfull, but it went fine eventually.

Pros:

Location was great and the facilities, wonderful (including swimming pool and gym). The rooms were spacious, clean with adequate facilities. Only drawback is the breakfact which was rather basic.

A bit sparse on supplies
Pros:

No coffee or water in lobby. Breakfast was empty and not replenished more than an hour before the end. The room was also sparse with beverages. Silverware wasn't clean but we only used a knife so not a big issue. On a big plus the pool hours are very good until 11pm

Pros:

The bed was far too soft. We both woke up with aching backs. There is no good reason for the hotel to furnish rooms with terrible beds.

Pros:

The carpet was wet for 4 days due to apparently being shampood. Maid service is only by request,otherwise they only do a "refresh" which is towels and trash taken out.
