Comfortable room n bed.

They did not provide breakfast even after paying more for breakfast. The front desk person was very rude, we were 3 families with each family of 4. All 3 family stayed in exact same room, but ended up getting 3 different amount as a refund for breakfast. One friend got 46$, other friend got 35, and I got 30. When questioned he was very rude, he didn’t want to answer any question at all. He spoiled the day and overall made mine and my friends kids and family in hunger. Complete lack of empathy.

Ethel was very sweet and professional. Overall everything was great. The only issue we had in our room was a weird noise we kept hearing. I thought maybe the people next door had a sleep pap machine but I think it wad the little fridge making all the noise lol
