Overall it was a good deal. The location and clean rooms were good for us. We may choose to come here again.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Close to tube and easy to find options. Rooms are small but ok. It was clean.

Cons:

Small rooms. There was a fan but it was hot and airless a little bit.

Disappointed with accommodation but loved Hyde Park
Pros:

It was really close to Hyde Park for an event we were attending.

Cons:

Appreciate prices are reflective of location but our room was not worth what I paid.
Room was super tiny with rotten skirting boards and damaged bed side table.
The flush kept falling off the wall, the shower curtain would not close and the sink was damaged.
Please avoid room 6 if you are given an option ☹️

Amazing
Pros:

A very wonderful hotel. There was a receptionist named Salem who was extremely helpful and kind. He even provided assistance outside his working hours. Thank you very much.

Good location, tiny rooms
Pros:

Location was very nice and quiet within 10 mins walking distance of everything. Breakfast buffet included, was nice with helpful staff. Room was very small and very warm; a fan was provided but outlets were too far for the fan to be aimed at the bed. The arrangement of the room was a bit odd.

We left and are in a dispute with the property as this was meant to be a happy 60th birthday trip for one of our party.
Pros:

Not much. Dirty room, cracked window in the other room. The ‘shared’ bathroom for the single room was down two very steep flights of stairs. I don’t believe the top floor would comply with fire regulations.

Cons:

One of the three rooms we booked was not cleaned. There was blood all over the bed and the floor was filthy. This despite checking in at 4pm after being told we could check in at 2.

This was a shambolic hostel stay - not a hotel!
Pros:

Nice from the outside.

Cons:

Two men that work there - language barrier. Room was not as pictured on booking.com - it was in the basement and super small. No food or drink on the property - not even vending machines. Very noisy at night with doors slamming and loud voices. More of a hostel than hotel - false advertising. Won’t be recommending or staying again.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

The windows didn’t work the toilet was broken and ran water all night, the flusher fell off the wall. The shower also was awful the shower head was covered in grime and didn’t work properly.

Tiny room but lovely staff
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the location.was very good if you're going to hyde park. Its a shared bathroom but its spotless.

Cons:

The room i got was so warm. It was the smallest room I've ever stayed in. The bed is at a weird angle. In my opinion this room shouldn't even be rented out. I woke up stuck to the mattress with sweat. Couldn't make tea because there's no socket unless you use the extension lead so youd still be making tea on the floor. But all of this would be overlooked if the room wasnt so cramped and warm. There is a fan provided but it just oushes warm air around the roo. I paid for 2 nights and checked out after 1 night because I just couldn't stay there another night.

Pros:

God romservice hver dag. Rent og hyggelig personale. Kjempeflott med kjøleskap og bra bad (ikke standar på alle hoteller i London).

Cons:

Trange ganger gjennom hotellet, men koselig.
