Major check-in failure, hostile staff, and forced to leave

Empty key box at arrival. No autonomous access. Placed in wrong room without notification. Wi-Fi not working. Staff told me to ‘leave the room now’ if unhappy. Had to book and pay another hotel for night 2. Dispute ongoing with Booking.com.

Pros:

3rd bed wasn’t made up. We were freezing. An uncomfortable sterile place. I think I would rather of slept in the car.

Pas d éclairage la nuit donc dangereux quand on descend les escaliers depart matinal
Pas de réception à l arrivéea 17h j ai dû appeler car je n avais pas reçu le code d accès de la boîte à clefs.
Chambre propre mais à rénover. Peinture et literie.
