Location is good for a stop over..too far from reims if you are visiting.

Cons:

No staff available when we arrived around five,.nor at any time after that so if you have a problem (we had only one hand towel between two adults) it wouldn't get sorted.

Expérience catastrophique : établissement non sécurisé, accueil inexistant et aucun geste commercial.

L’expérience a été très mauvaise dès notre arrivée.

Cons:

À notre arrivée, personne pour nous accueillir. La porte de la chambre était ouverte, ce qui donne un fort sentiment d’insécurité. De plus, la communication a été très désagréable et peu professionnelle. Face à cette situation, nous avons préféré partir immédiatement et ne pas y dormir. Malgré cela, aucun remboursement ne nous a été proposé, ce qui est inacceptable.
