Close to freeway and hospital , food , gas and shopping.

Cons:

Debating with the customer about whether the dog is a service animal or a comfort dog that performs no functioning duty for the patient. no service, loud banging noises from upstairs on a Sunday at 6:00 in the evening and restarted at around 10:00 p.m. the room door did not fit heavy damaged, air conditioner same way I can see outside on both easy access.
Staff is needed and they must trust their guest.

Worst experience ever.
Pros:

False advertising. No breakfast.

Cons:

This was a scary place to stay. Our family got in late and was woken up multiple times in the night by someone attempting to get into our room. The room itself didn't look like it had been cleaned. The shower looked used. The light switches had dirty hand prints. No free WIFI. Website stated there was complimentary breakfast. Was told by employee or manager there was none. False advertising. Very disappointed with hotel. Would not recommend.

Dirty, trashed.

Dear Booking.com Team,

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Victorville - Hesperia I-15 Palmdale Road from June 14 to June 15.

My experience was extremely disappointing and I will not be staying at this property again. The room was very dirty, smelled, and had visible mold. Additionally, the hotel felt unsafe for me and my three young children, as it appeared there are permanent residents living in several rooms and many units had trashed interiors with curtains left open.

Furthermore, the staff and front office were incredibly rude and disrespectful. I felt so uncomfortable that I wanted to cancel my stay immediately upon arrival.

I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the quality and safety of the properties listed on your platform.

Pros:

I was informed even after it being advertised on their website, there was no coffee or breakfast at all. Got up at 7am for nothing.

Cons:

A/c so loud and didn't work good i could barely sleep. Window cracked, bathtub very dirty. I did not want to chance it bathing there. The vanity was painted with a paint brush, school bus yellow.
Met with large Cochroach when entered the room.
Back of remote missing completely. Very shady neighborhood....
