Nice hotel in good location but go early for breakfast!

Good proximity to underground. Room was nice.

Cons:

1st day breakfast was pandemonium (just after 9:00) . Not enough tables and staff struggled to keep up with table clearing. There were no mugs available at coffee machines and at no point we were there were they replenished.

Good stay, but can be better for the Sheraton Hotel name.
Pros:

Breakfast was fairly limited, nothing amazing, but not too undersupplied either. The hotel room was clean and the shower is amazing. The view from the 32nd floor was breathtaking!

Cons:

The hotel was overbooked and even through we paid in advance, they still booked our rooms to other people anyway, leading us to arriving late at night only to find out we have no rooms. They attempted to give us apartments instead of the hotel and this was extremely poor. The apartments are old, broken, poor odour and basically falling apart. This is not what I expected from such a name of a hotel or rating. I would rate this hotel a good 4-star in terms of hotel rooms and 2-3 stars in terms of the apartments.

Worst of all was the service received from the front desk upon arrival.
