Phenomenal staff and very nice place to stay
Pros:

Has a few issues with extra charges but the front desk lady was very polite and helped me understand why but then the next day I came down and she had taken care of them because it wasn’t told to me when I called prior to about the booking

Cons:

We paid $10 or $11 for a fold out bed that kept collapsing when you’d lay down on it. We had to rig it to stay up

It was a comfortable place to sleep.
Cons:

I had to ask the associate at the front desk if I could check in at 3pm even though I had arrived early and she told me that she would have me checked in as soon as the room was ready. Two other parties were checked in before me and I was never given the WiFi info on check-in.

Neighbor next door was very loud on the phone and heard the people upstairs moving around and moving furniture(?) in the middle of the night.

My husband and I were pleased with our stay. We would love to stay again but we may need a mattress cushion. Besides thi
Pros:

The property was clean. There was a friendly greater at the desk. The lobby area was neat as well. The room was clean and well kept.

Cons:

I loved the property. It was 12 miles from my family and it was across from a 7-Eleven and a few restaurants. The only thing was that the bed was too hard for our back pain so we couldn’t sleep well and the ice machine was across from our door so we always heard people talking.
