I found the room and hotel to have completely met my expectations and I will probably book it again
Pros:

Well equipped room with a microwave, mini fridge, and hair dryer. Friendly staff. AC was working nicely. Solid for the price and one of the better hotels I've stayed at recently.

Cons:

Nothing stood out as particularly negative, I only have a few nit picks or suggestions: Could use some more convenient plugs by the beds, breakfast could offer a bit more options, higher quality toilet paper/tissues.

Not bad, but noisy
Pros:

Hotel is nicely remodeled and very clean. Certainly a bargain in today’s hospitality market. However, it seemed that they were renovating rooms above us which was quite noisy. It sound like heavy furniture was being dragged across the floor. After enduring it for a few hours we finally had to call the front desk at 10:30 PM and request that they do something. After that it was quiet until the next evening (although it only lasted a short time and then stopped). Hallway are also very noisy since they are not carpeted. You can hear every conversation of passersby. Free breakfast was very typical for a discount hotel. Coffee was quite good.

Pros:

Everything was cleaned and the lobby smelled really good when we walked in.

Cons:

I didn't like that fact our room was by the ice maker and the elevator because you can everything through the doors and the walls.

That time I didnt mean to cone to Lakeland, but Im glad I did!
Pros:

I had no intention of finding myself in Lakeland at 3am, tired and desperate for a shower. But, plans I thought I had made fell through in the biggest way possible. I was SO grateful to have met Senitas Smiling face that morning!
