This place is close to downtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found their rates were very fair. I travel a lot for work and the amenities accommodate my work and rest.

For the most part the facilities were clean and the staff were very friendly.
We stayed in room 202 and thankfully it was just for 1 night. Our room had dead gnats in the bathroom and there was a leak we believe coming from the A/C. My lady stepped on a puddle when she woke up due to this leak. We were there for one night but we told the staff first thing in the morning while we were leaving so that no one else has to deal with it.
Overall, a nice hotel with breakfast included. It was clean not perfect maybe a bit older overall but I met our needs nicely and the staff was very very friendly and accommodating.

I had a rowdy family making noise after 2am and the person at the front desk named Senita was more than willing to help out! She told the family to be quiet and I got some great sleep.

I want to take a moment to recognize Sam, the manager at Days Inn & Suites in Lakeland, for his outstanding customer service.
My 80-year-old mother recently had an issue with a reservation, and Sam handled the situation with incredible kindness, patience, and professionalism. He truly went above and beyond to help her and make sure everything was taken care of.
In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, Sam showed genuine care and compassion. He treated my mother with respect and understanding, and that meant a lot to our family.
It’s refreshing to know there are still managers who take the time to do the right thing and treat people like they matter — not just like another reservation or number.

Staff was friendly
AC was out in the building and we still were charged. Room was also dirty. Staff was nice, but we still haven't been offered a refund.
