Categories

Cleanliness
3.7
Multiple reports of insects in rooms, dirty/smelly bedding and limited housekeeping; cleanliness is a clear weakness.
Service
9.8
Consistently praised: friendly, welcoming and professional staff across many reviews; strong positive sentiment for service.
Location
9
Frequently described as well located, close to shops and easy to access; location is a major positive.
Room Quality
4
Repeated complaints about very small rooms, uncomfortable/mal-made beds and outdated fixtures; room comfort is below average.
Amenities
7.5
Some appreciated amenities (air conditioning, abundant parking, large shower) but missing items (hooks, bedside sockets, soap, shower curtain) and lighting issues reduce score.
Value for Money
8.8
Many guests noted good price and solid rapport qualité-prix despite some critiques about the breakfast value; overall perceived as good value.
Food and Beverage
5.5
Breakfast was mentioned several times as overpriced or underwhelming; limited positive comments on F&B.
Overall Experience
6.9
Mixed overall: excellent service and location but significant issues with cleanliness and small/uncomfortable rooms lead to a middling overall experience.
