Let down by over booking at 11pm
Pros:

I booked 3 nights for my daughter, prepaid in full, and made sure she filled out the pre-check-in form they requested.
Yet, when she arrived at the hotel at 23.00, they informed her with a smile that the hotel is full and they have no room for her.
The front-desk person was extremely unhelpful, so I had to start searching online for a solution. By now, it was almost midnight.
The following day, my daughter returned as they found her a room, but when it came to refunding one night and the taxi costs, they said they would, but only refunded the cost of the new hotel, which was less than we paid for the Academia, so they profited from their horrific conduct.
I should add that they claimed to have tried to contact us during the day; however, we received no missed calls, voice messages or email, so we do not believe them.
I have never come across a 4 star hotel behaving like that and now we are asking for the refund paperwork and they are ignoring us.

Well curated and pleasant stay
Pros:

Cute place but noisy- I could hear a drunk couple fighting in the floor above at 3 am. Beautiful street and well curated. I especially loved the staff.

Cons:

It’s a little further out in the 6th then I would like. The prices have gone up a lot.

Pros:

Cannot rate this hotel and the lovely staff enough! From helping me identify the right train route as this was my first in France right through to booking in a dinner was simply perfect!

The staff were kind, super helpful and attentive!

The rooms - gorgeous! Just art everywhere!
The location was too easy to get around! By foot, subway or uber. If you are a foodie, love fairy lights and gorgeous little shops. This is the place for you! I’ll be back!

Sono andata per il mio compleanno ed era molto tempo che in questo paese sono stata riconosciuta salutata mi è stata off
Pros:

Questo piccolo te racchiude come un gioiellino, tutte le cose per cui Parigi è giustamente conosciuta e celebrata.
È un hotel comodo di classe senza le pretese di di altri Hotel è molto ospitale!

A memorable stay in a quintessentially charming Parisian neighborhood in comfort and with much charm!!

Located on a lovely side street with art-related - former art academy across thee street and Senellier down the street- beautifully designed in every aspect! Terrific breakfast and breakfast room with a view. Art making space, wonderful reception area and super helpful staff. Nicecrestsurants on the street too Snd flower shop St the head of the street. Room was spacious, light, with quintessential Parisian rooftop views from the window in the room and bathroom! Fridge and coffee maker too! Would have stayed longer!
