Very nice room, lovely decorated.

Located on a lovely side street with art-related - former art academy across thee street and Senellier down the street- beautifully designed in every aspect! Terrific breakfast and breakfast room with a view. Art making space, wonderful reception area and super helpful staff. Nicecrestsurants on the street too Snd flower shop St the head of the street. Room was spacious, light, with quintessential Parisian rooftop views from the window in the room and bathroom! Fridge and coffee maker too! Would have stayed longer!

We had the best stay at Hotel des Académies et des Arts. The location was great, very central to everything and the metro was very close and easy to get around Paris. The hotel was really cute with an artsy vibe. It felt very secure having a 24 hr reception that opened the front entrance on arrival at all times. The staff were friendly and accomodating. They offer laundry service (drop off at reception for a fee) and they have an iron/board that you can borrow on site. There is also a laundromat in the next street which was also very convenient after 3 weeks of travelling. There is a lift (win) and the room was very clean and tidy, the only thing I will say is we stayed in a superior room and it was tiny, very tiny so if you can upgrade to the largest I would, but this is very common in Paris so it didn't ruin our time. We would stay here again x

We came for a long weekend. The atmosphere of the hotel as soon as you arrive is premium, clean, smells and looks amazing! All the art everywhere looks really cool. The staff were all so friendly and it felt very relaxed. Our room was very clean with a comfy bed, good shower and bathroom and everything we needed. At night it was quiet even though the hotel is in a good city location. It’s down a quieter street for the area and there was no traffic noise at night. Breakfast was a nice selection of basics (pastries, bread, yoghurt and fruit etc) and a great coffee machine. The location was great, with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes on the doorstep. We walked to a lot of the landmarks but the metro was right there if we didn’t feel like walking too far. Arriving and leaving on the Eurostar was super easy because the hotel is on line 4 on the metro that goes straight to Gare du Nord. We would definitely come back and recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

Really a bad experience

This is a great boutique hotel. Close to some brilliant restaurants and easily accessible to the metro and local parks. Our room was clean and comfortable and offered all the expected amenities one would need for a short break. The staff were attentive and breakfast set us up for the day with a great coffee and hot food- we were celebrating a 50th birthday and a lovely cake and champagne was brought to our room to finish off the day - thank you for a wonderful stay- pictures include a view from our room

My stay at Hôtel des Académies et des Arts was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Amenis and Asmae at the front desk. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made me feel immediately at home.

To my delight, I received a complimentary room upgrade. The room was beautifully decorated, combining artistic flair with modern comfort. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a serene atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable.
