Really a bad experience
This is a great boutique hotel. Close to some brilliant restaurants and easily accessible to the metro and local parks. Our room was clean and comfortable and offered all the expected amenities one would need for a short break. The staff were attentive and breakfast set us up for the day with a great coffee and hot food- we were celebrating a 50th birthday and a lovely cake and champagne was brought to our room to finish off the day - thank you for a wonderful stay- pictures include a view from our room
My stay at Hôtel des Académies et des Arts was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Amenis and Asmae at the front desk. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made me feel immediately at home.
To my delight, I received a complimentary room upgrade. The room was beautifully decorated, combining artistic flair with modern comfort. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a serene atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable.
For the price - it felt that cleanliness of the hotel, comfort of the facilities & room and the breakfast (choice, space, comfort) should be much better. Given the size of the hotel, it can also be noisy with rooms right next door. Overall not impressed with the recommendation from Booking which is normally more on point.
No doccia ma solo vasca. Scarso spazio appoggio intorno al lavandino. Camera piccola benché richiesta - e pagata - doppia uso singola .
This hotel is wonderful. From the location, to the staff, we would give it 6 stars if we could. We originally booked here for two nights in Paris. We ended up getting unexpectedly stuck in Paris for two extra nights (including new yers eve) after we had already checked out. With no where else to go, we went back to see if they’d let us leave our luggage with them at least while we figured things out. They not only did, but later that night they helped us rebook with them for two more nights at a very reasonable price despite the holidays. The staff at this hotel was SO kind and attentive.
The hotel itself is beautiful and filled with Parisian charm, it is small and in a older building with gorgeous windows that open up. It is clean, quiet, filled with artwork and the location is superb! It is the perfect landing spot for a couple who plans to see the city. It’s right off the 4 on the metro and walking distance to Jardin du Luxembourg. We easily walked to St Germain as well. We will absolutely be staying here again the next time we find ourselves in Paris!
Staffs at front desk are really really nice. As our first stop, this gives us a wonderful first impression to Paris.
A little too cold. A/C is not as good as other hotels. Plus elevator was on maintenance.
