Une très bonne halte
Pros:

Le cadre de l hotel est magnifique. Il faut profiter des salons, du bar.
La nourriture est tres bonne. Il faut gouter aux viandes grillees.

Cons:

Le repas du soir se prend maintenant sous une grande tente. Par rapport au charme et au decor du restaurant the kitchen, cela perd beaucoup du charme. C'est trop moderne !
Mais la cuisine et le service sont excellents

Lovely location

Cons:

We had to eat in a wedding style tent for dinner. Very uncomfortable and expensive. Trout lake was closed as water too low which is why we booked. Rude member of bar staff after 10pm who spent entire time looking at his phone.

The stunning grounds nice accommodation

Cons:

Having dinner in a cold tent
Plates freezing when dinner served on them
The set menu for the whole day was not appealing menu really needs to be revised
Gourmet Burger was not gourmet. I couldn't eat it
We went to Ballina to have soup and sandwiches for lunch as it's not on the menu
The lights on the outside of the castle shone through our windows even with the shutters and black out curtains closed as there were gaps

Love our stay, poor quality and a must stay in Mayo
Pros:

This is a truly special hotel, great standard and great service. The bar is great and the restaurant is one of the best standards of food, service and quality we have had in the west coast of Ireland. The meal was amazing, what an incredible experience 5 stars.
We loved the amazing staff, all very talented, friendly and knowledgeable, we will definitely be going back. Thanks Mount Falcon team.

Breakfast was poor, badly organised.
Staff were inexperienced for breakfast and dinner. There was a complete absence of management/supervision
