Pros:

Une très bonne équipe surtout Tarik, abdellilah, Hananar et Rizlane et Meriem de la réception.
C’était parfait je vous recommande vivement

Pros:

Le personnel très serviable et accueillant, un vrai coup de cœur niveau service, mention spéciale pour Tariq, Abdelilah, Malak, Hanane et une autre fille de l’accueil dont j’ai oublié le prénom, ils étaient tous au petit soin.

Cons:

Je trouve ça dommage que le buffet du petit déjeuner d’un hôtel 5 étoiles ne présente pas assez de variétés, le choix a été limité à mon goût, car pas d’options saines ( ex. Fromage blanc, avocat, laits végétaux…)

Loin d'être un 5 étoiles
Pros:

L’extérieur est agréable, piscine très jolie

Cons:

Accueil qui sert de cheking et de salle de resto, petit déjeuner qui n'est pas du tout à la hauteur thé à la menthe servi dans un thermo (nous sommes quand meme au Maroc une théière serait le minimum) pas trop de choix niveau nourriture, nous avons dejeuner casi tout les jours a mon quotidien qui se trouve a 5mn en voiture qui lui a dépassé nos attentes.
Ménage négligé.
Mobilier de la chambre vieillot
(Le matelas du lit bebe est une couette replier..)
Emplacement au calme à 20min de la ville.
C'est dommage car ça pourrait être un petit bijou qui a un potentiel énorme mais mal exploité.
Pour l'instant c'est plus un 3 étoiles qu'un 5 étoiles.
Mention spéciale à Tarik et à Malak qui se sont démener pour qu'on soit au mieux.

Bel endroit calme et accueillant au cœur de la palmeraie
Pros:

L’accueil était très chaleureux et le personnel vraiment attentionné. La petite suite était très propre et bien aménagée avec un grand balcon et vue sur le lac. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les Bali beds autour de la piscine. L’ambiance était calme et paisible.

Cons:

La seule déception a été le WiFi qui ne permettait pas le visionnement de films en ligne. Par contre, la télé avait Netflix et Prime Video inclus.

I highly do not recommend this hotel, I dont know how Booking rating 8+ it shod be rated 4+

I only Like the Golf Cort behind the hotel

Cons:

The hotel very old, it should not rated more than 3 starts, no room service since kitchen not serving, breakfast is 2 starts hotels level, resturant tables out of order, cleaning rooms only morning time if you miss the cleaning staff no room cleaning till next day,
