We were happy with the service and would stay at this location again.
Pros:

Everything was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for extra blankets and towels. The kids loved the pool.
The kids loved the waffles and the greek yoghurt for breakfast. It was great to have a dairy free option with coffee/tea.

Cons:

The room had a smell from previous occupants. It was ok, I didn't complain about it, as we had had worse experiences in other hotels. More fresh fruit than just apples and bananas would have been nice for breakfast.

Great location. Other services were not good. Go elsewhere. Extremely disappointing experience.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent.
Both of the gentlemen at the desk were great.
Location was wonderful.
Plenty of pillows. My bed was comfortable.

Cons:

1. Tub faucet needs to be tightened.
2. Refrigerator didn’t keep my food or insulin cold. Wasted $30+ of sushi.
3. Didn’t get fresh wash cloths or towels. We both discarded but they didn’t replace as expected. Nor did they remove them from the floor.
4. Didn’t empty the trash cans.
5. Water in sink area was not hot.
6. If housekeeping wasn’t going to empty the garbage or replace the wash cloths and towels they should have said something. Fortunately we had our own washcloths and we didn’t need towels.
7. I have no plans to return to that hotel ever. EVER!!!

Pros:

Stayed here for the Final Four as was much cheaper than staying downtown. About a 30 minute drive, easy since it is right off the freeway. Staff was very good and friendly. Charles even made more coffee for us, even though breakfast was over. Would stay there again.
