הצוות היה מאד אדיב ועזר. אולם זרם המים במקלחת לא היה תקין ולפעמים היו מים חמים ולפעמים קרים. בנוסף, ביום שישי ושבת היו משפחות גדולות עם ילדים קטנים שהשתוללו ועשו הרבה באגן, דבר שפגם בחוויה. ממליץ למי שמתכוון לשהות שם בסופ"ש לוודא שאין הרבה משפחות עם ילדים קטנים.

2 days of relaxation.
Pros:

Dinner and breakfast were delicious and plentiful. The succah area was excellent, as was the pool area. The treatment I had in the spa was excellent and very relaxing. The male therapist was very professional and respectful.
All in all, we wanted a couple of days of total relaxation, and that's what we got.

Cons:

I didn't feel that the bathroom was as clean as it could have been. All around the outside of the shower needed scrubbing. The bathroom door was tatty and needs replacing. Would have been nice to have an easy chair to sit on in the bedroom.
Most of the sunbeds in the garden were broken and needed to be replaced. It would also have been easier to get towels at the pool reception rather than having to go up to the main hotel reception to get them. The changing rooms near the spa area need a makeover as does the garden area!!

גרים בירושלים חיפשנו מקום קרוב נהנינו מאוד .בעיקר שהייתה ברכה מקורה שלי היה לי חשוב ולא ברכה חיצוני

ארות בקר טעימה מספיקה בעיקר שהיה לילדים מה שהם אוהבים.הצוןת בחדר האוכל אדיב ועוזר.

Cons:

תמיד ניתן לשפר בכל מקום..לנו היה כל מה שרצינו.שלשה חדרים צמודים מקום התכנסות לחגוג בלובי בקומות עם כורסאות ישיבה.
