Only the free parking was a positive. Apart from that, everything was bad.
Extremely disappointing stay. The reception staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially a staff member named Vincent, if I remember correctly.
The room was extremely small, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. The toilet and shower were poorly maintained, and the entire bathroom smelled strongly and unpleasantly. The overall cleanliness and condition were far below an acceptable standard.
The attitude of the reception staff made the experience even worse. I have rarely experienced such poor customer service.
I would never stay here again, not even in my dreams. Absolutely not recommended.

Le Parking ferme à 21h,après ça il faut un code pour ouvrir le portail que la personne de l’accueil vous transmet lors de la remise de la carte de la chambre et en arrivant à 23h30 devant le portail,nous avons eu la joie de remarquer que le code qu’on nous avait transmis n’était pas le bon! Et aucun moyen de contacter une personne de l’hôtel,quelle honte! Heureusement un client est sorti fumer sur le parking de l’hôtel et a su nous ouvrir au bout de 45 minutes d’attente!
Endroit avec bruit pendant les nuits, pas le même chambre dans la photo que en vrai.

We come here every month it’s a good distance from Disneyland for us. We like the beds the workers and the breakfast. Nothing fancy but to us very good! 👍🏻
