Je suis cliente régulière de cet hôtel et d'habitude satisfaite, mais cette fois, voir ce que je n'ai pas apprécié

Cons:

1 - L'accueil par une personne qui visiblement n'appreciait pas mes questions : pourquoi la carte d'identité ?, pourquoi encore la carte bleue alors que le séjour est déjà payé ? (donc les coordonnées existent) etc...
La réponse de cette personne fort agacée : si ça ne vous convient pas vous pouvez partir !!!!! Lunaire!!!!
2- Dans la chambre, une liste exhaustive de ce qu'il est interdit d'emporter (donc de voler !)... même les oreillers.... Bonjour l'ambiance...

Pros:

Personnel au top ! Au vu de mon heure d'arrivée tardive, j'ai reçu une courte vidéo par SMS pour m'indiquer le chemin jusqu'à ma chambre ainsi que l'endroit où je trouverai ma clé.
C'est très appréciable quand on arrive tard après un long trajet de ne pas avoir a chercher, merci pour ça ☺️
Pour la chambre, c'est très bien. Lit confortable, grand bureau et TV. Rien à redire.

町中まで歩いて15分ほどで行けて便利でした。
駐車場も無料で、10€でペット可なので良かったです。部屋は広くはないですが、寝るのには充分で、備付のボイラーでお茶も飲めました。
バスルームはバスタブもあって良かったです。
朝食も美味しかったです。
スタッフさんも親切でした。
