Ein Hotelzimmer, was man nicht bekommt!
Pros:

Check-In nach 21 Uhr nur mit Automat möglich, der aber nicht funktioniert und die Hilfshotline ebenso nicht.
Das Hotel ist ein einziger Betrug!
Hotels.com war bisher bei der Erstattung des Betrags auch nicht sehr hilfreich. Bloß nicht buchen. Anderen Familien ging es am gleichen Abend auch so...

Do not stay here! This hotel is used for all the tradesmen in the area: rooms stank of smoke and there were men standing around the car park watching us the entire time. The room was not clean and had smoke stains and holes on the bedding. Not worth the money you’d save, just go somewhere else.

Absolute disaster! Bedroom and bathroom door locks were broken. Had to move to a different hotel. Will be expecting a full refund!

This is not a ‘hotel’ it is a dump. It is falling apart and revolting. The room smelt terrible. The sheets were mouldy smelling. The pillows were the size of A4, tiny. The floor was sticky. Just awful all round
