Nooit geslapen in het hotel door discussie na voorval met medewerker
Cons:

Bij aankomst na een zeer lange rit uit Spanje hadden we een onenigheid met de medewerker van het hotel. We wilden parkeren op de bijbehorende parkeerplaats maar voor de ingang stond een grote bus. De medewerker gaf ons gevaarlijke instructies en ook de bus chauffeur om te manoeuvreren met kans op gegeven moment aan onze nieuwe auto.

Toen we hier boos op reageerden en dat we dit niet acceptabel en normaal vonden ontstond er een grote discussie en mochten we niet meer in het hotel verblijven en op zoek naar een ander hotel.

Laten we het een slechte samenloop van omstandigheden noemen.. wel weer een ervaring rijker.

DEVONS NOUS PORTER PLAINTE CONTRE KYRIAD ?

De plus le matin, nous avons déposé notre clef sur le comptoir de la réception au milieu des autres en l'absence de la réceptionniste qui s'occupait plus loin d'un client.

Aurions nous dù payer le vol ou kes dégradations dans notre chambre de quelqu'un qui aurait pris notre clef ?

D'autre part, l'hôtel , bien que surveillé nous a-t-on dit, n'a aucune grille, ni code à la porte d'entrée.
