The beds were comfortable and clean
Our reservation was for 3 adults and they had 2 small towels in the room. Went to the desk for another and the person couldn't be bothered told us to come back and ask morning staff??
Très bon emplacement. Belle vue.

Great location. Close to train station and restaurants
Everything was great
Friendly and helpful staff. Bonus was the free water refill in the lobby. Have not seen this feature in other hotels and was a delightful surprise. Keep up the good work.
The hotel is about 5 minutes- walk away from the Lyon Part Dieu Station and the restaurant where you can have breakfast (which is amazing, with super good quality food and teas) is literally next door, so that’s super convenient.
I went to sleep very early because I was tired from my trip and I slept very well (I did wear earplugs) without being bothered by any noise from the corridor or from nearby rooms.
The bathroom was very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful.
A big plus was the water fountain at the reception where you can get (for free) cold water and even sparkling water!!
Unfortunately the floor of my room had not been vacuumed. It was fuuuuuull of dog hair. I only realised it the morning after when I lifted my suitcase which was covered in dog hair (see picture).
Also in the bathroom there was a suspicious piece of soap wrapped in wrinkled paper… when I opened it there were a couple of hairs in it and the soap was worn out. I can’t really understand the thought process behind repacking a used soap in its used paper with hair in it. Luckily there’s a shower gel container in the shower so no need to use the soap.
The window only has a blackout curtain so if you want some privacy from the buildings in front of the hotel you have to close it and turn the lights on. Maybe they should consider putting a roman shade or a lighter curtain as well.
