Eenmaal aangekomen om 12 uur in de nacht bij het hotel kwamen we erachter dat we geen parkeerplaats hadden terwijl dit vooraf wel gemeld stond bij de booking. Daarnaast duurde het inchecken al langer dan 15 min en dan ben ik nog niet eens begonnen over het vinden van een parkeerplaats. We kregen namelijk vanuit het personeel een parkeerplaats aangewezen die op loopafstand zou zijn van het hotel. Eenmaal daar aangekomen wat ook nog eens met google maps niet bereikbar was kwamen we erachter dat we hier op geen enkele mogelijke manier naar binnen konden. Teruggereden naar het hotel kregen wij gewoon te horen zoek maar een parkeerplaats. EN DAT MIDDEN IN DE NACHT MET EEN KIND VAN 5!!!! wat een bijzonder slechte ervaring NOOIT MEER! Daarnaast kon het personeel alleen gebrekkig engels en waren zij totaal niet behulpzaam!

Top ! Rien a redire
Pros:

J'ai l'habitude de venir dans cet hôtel donc rien à dire de plus à part qu'il fait très bien l'affaire. Le gros plus c'est sa localisation, à 5 minutes de Part-Dieu c'est super pratique.

Le fait de proposer un système de bagagerie gratuit même après le check-out est top ! Ca permet de tuer le temps en attendant notre train/avion.

Cons:

Le fait que j'avais rajouté une nuit à mon séjour, qu'une personne de l'accueil m'avais dit que c'était bon et que je devais payer à la fin, mais je me suis fais réveillé par le service de ménage qui m'a fais sortir de ma chambre parce qu'ils n'avaient pas l'information que mon séjour était prolongé. Mais le souci s'est très vite réglée avec la dame de l'accueil qui a très bien géré l'affaire contrairement à son collègue qui m'avais induis en erreur.
