Pros:

Room was fine. Clean. Bed comfy. Pillows magnificent. I actually ordered 2 for my bed at home. Air conditioning in the room was great.

Cons:

Room was not ready. Had to wait in the very warm lobby. Aggravated my asthma. Our roo. Was supposed to be on the 1st floor because of our handicaps, we were on the 4th floor. Woman behind the desk was less than kind to me.
Get down stairs for breakfast early.

Very handy for n overnight stay near Dulles airport
Pros:

We had a very large and comfortable room. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We waited an hour at the airport for the airport shuttle because we did not know that you had to ring the hotel to order it. When we tried ringing the hotel, we could not understand the choice of option. Please make it clear on the booking.com information that you must ring for the shuttle.

Great proximity to airport, but questionable value for the money.
Pros:

convenient location to Dulles airport; clean rooms; full breakfast.

Cons:

I’ve stayed at this property many times over the years, and it seems now they charge for everything - $11 a night for parking, $5 for a bottle of water, etc, over and above what felt like an overpriced nightly fee. Additionally, the room I stayed in was quite basic, no kitchenette, and was an adjoining room. Noise level of the adjoining room is always amplified, and it was not pleasant being awakened at 0200 by whatever the neighbor was doing.

Excellent value for money.
Pros:

Very conveniently located from the airport. Staff were super friendly and helpful. After a long travel, it was good to enjoy a good plate of food and a solid night's sleep.

Cons:

There is some kind of device in our room that went off very early in the morning, which was a little irritating.

We went out earlier, and when we came back, our Gatorade and a nice bottle of whisky were missing from our room. I spoke with the front desk, and they said that no one had cleaned or entered the room. However, when we returned, the room had clearly been cleaned and the bed was made. The only thing left on my bedside table were two empty Gatorade bottles.
