Hyatt House Sterling/Dulles Airport North

Good place to stay for an overnight before going to airport. The shuttle to the airport is very convinient and reliable. The staff was Great. Clean rooms and common areas. The only bad part about the hotel is the location. It is a safe area, but there is very little near walking distance of the hotel. In order to go to the nearest plaza with a restaurant you need to walk over 1/2 mile and cross two major street with car exiting and entering the highway. Otherwise your food options are the hotel bar, or the next door gas station.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House Sterling/Dulles Airport-North. We were there for a softball tournament. We had a ton of kids with us and the staff was amazing with them! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the spacious room had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with a smile.

The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety of options each morning for the kids before their games. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, quiet atmosphere, and overall attention to detail throughout the property.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Sterling area!

I had a phenomenal experience at the Hyatt House Sterling North location. This hotel offers room service, a bar, and a restaurant at a fraction of the price of other hotels. The iPhone keycard room integration with Apple Wallet is seamless. The room is spacious for a one-bedroom with a sofa bed. It has all the essentials you need, including a microwave, oven, coffee machine, and dishwasher. I am glad I chose this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I am in the DC area.

The location was excellent, with easy access to the Metro, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. The landscaping was beautiful, and you can tell the property is well cared for. It’s also pet-friendly, which gave me peace of mind knowing my dogs were safe and welcome. The room was spacious, kept nice and cold, and extremely comfortable. We would happily stay here again.

The staff did not clean the rooms as regularly as they should and when they did come to clean it was a very half hearted effort.

This hotel is in a horrible location. From early morning to evening, there’s nothing but hundreds dump trucks that are pulling in and pulling out of the entranceway that are filling the quarry across the street so plan according if you’re trying to get somewhere on time. They only clean every four days, but they don’t tell you that when you check in and give you a hard time when you asked for your room to be cleaned. In the meantime you have to figure out where to put all your trash that you may gather. Also a heads up they charge for parking too! Sleeping was almost impossible with the LOUD air conditioner in the bedroom.
