Make it right
Pros:

On Dec. 20th I was in room 312 the window would not close tight even after I had to try an close it 3 times I ended up taking the comforter off the ved and basically wrapping the window to stop the noise also I dont know who in there infinite wisdom would put ceramic tile as you enter the room the door was an inch short and all the noise from the hallway echoed into the room had to take towels and blick it off I did call front desk but was told hotel was full I also already have made this review an it was taken down I would like management to reach out to me i was traveling a long distance and barely got any sleep I think I should get at least half my money back

Pros:

We were 4 adults needing a place for an overnight on our trip from New England to Florida. We needed a room with 3 beds. This was perfect! Two queen beds and a pull out sofa. For what we needed, I would recommend. To stay longer, probably not my first choice. It was dated and needed some TLC. No bedding for the couch, no hair dryer in the room, phone to front desk did not work and bed was way too soft. BUT, again, for a quick overnighter, great value! The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was your average hotel buffet but we appreciated the staff's attention to detail and care.

Beautiful , clean room!
Pros:

Super spacious, clean, comfortable bed! The concierge at the front desk is amazing and super sweet!!!! Shes so friendly!!!

Pros:

I unfortunately didn’t get my room serviced by housekeeping for three days straight in a multiple room suite. I went to front desk to share and still no housekeeping. I was complimented 5000 IHG points but have not received them to date.
