Had to ask reception to get someone to turn the room stat up, after many attempts it just kept defaulting to a slightly chilly 19c.....went for a drink and on return all sorted. Ate on the bar menu, ok but not great. My wife had fish, when she found it under a huge amount of batter, but she said it was tasty. The house burger sounded nice but was a little underwhelming.

It’s weirdly in a estate with a Tesco
Hotel was great, very friendly staff, and food was awesome! Their desserts were extra delicious.
The room we had was much smaller than what we had the previous stay.
Decor was stunning, all amenities were perfect. Personalised note in the room as we were celebrating a special birthday - a little personal touch.
We arrived after our approximate check in time due to car troubles but this wasn’t an issue. All staff were very accommodating and we were still able to order food in the bar despite it being near kitchen closing time with no pressure to order quickly etc.
My favourite hotels to stay in out of all the hotels i have stayed in when travelling for work.
Food is great, down stairs area is nice. There is a gym too. Complimentary bottles of water each night in the hotel room and great access to the motorway heading towards Grangemouth from the hotel.
Also plenty of shops / restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and plenty of parking available too
The hotel was lovely. The room fantastic! I would rate the room and its facilities as one of the best that we have stayed in, in the UK
The food was ok with some of the 'side' dishes not great. The food was very expensive, but overall ok. The breakfast offering was quite limited. But the food that we had was very nice

After having a very large birthday last year i was unsure what to do this year. So i took myself of to Dakota Edinburgh and what a fantastic choice. Nothing was to much trouble, the whole team lead by GM Kieran D went above and beyond to make it special. Big thank you to team Edinburgh. Thank you.
