Průmerny hotel, pár vecí chybelo, ale vse bylo vyváženo velmi milým a ochotným personálem.
Pros:

Po 1.noci jsme poprosily o vymenu pokoje, ktera byla hned zarizena.

Cons:

Náš 1.pokoj byl hned vedle wellnes místnosti, takze jsme celou noc slysely šplouchat vodu z jacuzzy vany, zrejmě jak se automaticky cistila.

Ho fatto un viaggio di piacere con la mia famiglia e devo consigliare assolutamente questo hotel . La camera era spaziosa , nuova , comoda , calda e pulitissima . La mattina ti accoglieva uno staff preparato e sorridente ed estremamente gentile! Colazione molto buona .Un ringraziamento speciale all’entusiasmo e simpatia di Sonia , Sergio ed al ragazzo che ci accoglieva al bar la sera di origini Bengalesi del quale non so il nome . Siamo stati benissimo ! Oltremodo posizione eccellente . Quando tornerò a Parigi non avrò dubbi sul dove andare . Un saluto Giorgia & famiglia

The staff we super friendly, it was small and intimate, breakfast was delicious, the rooms were opulent and very clean and the location just behind the Louvre meant that Notre Dame, the Marais district, Louvre, Tuillieres and Palace were all a stones throw away. For sights further afield the Louvre Rivoli metro was 3 mins from the hotel next to a delicious pattiserie Bo & Mie.
Fabulous location - gorgeous hotel.

Cons:

The only complaint we had was re room service. It was disappointing and was effectively an uber eats, cold and soggy chips and a very average sandwich. They would be better just having an uber eats selection if it is not cooked in-house as it was so disappointing. Normally one wouldn't order room service as there are so many lovely places to eat all around, but I was so tired and did not want to go out again.

Pros:

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was amazing from the moment we arrived.

We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade at check in, which made our stay even more special. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations.

A special thank you to the reception team. They were incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to sit with us and plan our entire stay. Based on the time we had, they thoughtfully suggested places to visit and helped us organize our days in the best way possible.

Their warmth and professionalism truly made our trip better. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Perfect location, spacious and clean rooms.
Pros:

Probably the most spacious room we’ve had in Paris. Modern and clean with a wonderful bed (we like firm mattresses).
Breakfast was lovely, staff could not be faulted and overall a pleasant stay.
Location was just perfect as you have direct train to CDG airport (600m away) and then a short metro to Gare L’Est for a wide range of local trains.

Cons:

I would rate this hotel 10+ if it had a decent gym. And then I do not mean an old room with a treadmill and a bike. But like a decent gym with free weights.

The air-conditioning in the room can only heat. In winter that is no problem. But mid summer this place will be uncomfortably hot.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte noch verbessert werden, z.B. werden die restlichen Brötchen, Brioches einfach dem nächsten Kunden hingestellt. Die Baguettestückchen waren immer trocken. Die Auswahl am Buffet war sehr mager. Leider ist auch die Bar nicht ansprechend und sehr schlecht bedient.
