Pros:

Great hospitality, Sonia was lovely and welcoming. Hotel was child friendly. Breakfast was great, would 100% stay here again. Locality was perfect, walking distance to Louvre, shops were close by too.

Pros:

A educação dos colaboradores -todos! Destaque para duas mulheres que falavam português e isso até aqueceu o coração.
Café da manhã farto! Vale muito a pena!!!
A localização é PERFEITA! Virando a esquina se vê o Louvre e a poucos min do hotel há diversas opções de transporte público. Fizemos tudo com muita facilidade.

Nice and friendly staff, excellent location.

Cons:

Breakfast is not really varied, although quality is really good. Our room was really big, but facing an inner courtyard: not really the nicest view. The noise of running water from the sinks of adjacent rooms was quite annoying, especially in the early morning.

On a personal note I'd also say that charging 5€ for a small bottle of water at check out after a 4 nights stay at over 350€ a night was not really classy for a 4* hotel.

Pros:

Spacious room. Very comfortable bed. All basic amenities available in the room. Good breakfast. Location is perfect. It's 5 minutes walk from louvre, half an hour walk from notre dame and an hour walk from champs elysees and eiffel tower. Lots of good restaurants and shopping outlets nearby.
The staff was absolutely lovely both at the reception and at breakfast.
