Was due to stay here for the weekend from 22nd to 24th April for my stag do. Due to arrive on Friday 22nd, a representative of the hotel called me at 17:00 on Thursday 21st and informed me that due to ‘extensive water damage’ we could not be accommodated and they had to cancel our booking. Now, I understand if this was the case then guest safety comes first but to only know about this the day before you have 15 people arriving beggars belief. I have given a 2 instead of 1 purely because whoever spoke to me recommended a different hotel which we managed to get and worked out about €10 a head more each so not the end of the world. Had it not been for that hotel mind, my whole stag do would have been ruined.
Ja es geht
Sehr schön. Ruhig und gepflegt
Одно полуторное одеяло на две кровати испортило впечатление от пребывания. Пришлось спать без одеяла, а ночью отопление выключают. На рецепции не помогли.
Für den Preis echt super. Sehr zentrale Lage.
Aivan hirvittävä
Alles in Ordnung, WLAN könnte meht stabil sein :)
Ok
Der Check in und Check out verlief schnell und unbeschwerlich
Really friendly staff. Comfy bed. Nothing fancy about the place but at the price and the location can’t complain. Would stay again
Staff all so very friendly if your looking for a comfy bed in a great location this is the place. Old town close but so many other places near by. I was in s single room bigger than I’ve had to share as a twin room. Very nice stay
Nice hotel
I’ve been coming to Düsseldorf every 2 years on a business trip for many years
The Hansa Hotel is great value for money as I find when there is a large exhibition at the messe the prices generally increase.
Basic but clean and tidy. No iron, very little in tea/coffee making just no fills at all. However across the road and up the street there are some delicious bakery’s & small cafes.
There is a rumbling in the room when the tram goes past, this does stop through the night. I slept through it, it didn’t wake me at all
The underground is right outside and trans. 1 stop on the underground to Altstadt so very convenient to go out in the evening and dine. The mess is 12-15 min ride
As a female traveling around Düsseldorf on business I found this hotel great .
Good location. Very close to subway station and restaurants.
A great hotel if you are looking for central location and at a great price. The hotel is at the end of Nordstr next to Hofgarten with the underground tram on the corner (a 1 minute trip to Heinrich Heine Alle and you can get to anywhere in the city) although a pleasant 10 minute walk and you are at the centre of the Altstadt / old town or another 2 minutes you will find the high end shopping street Konigsalle. If you are looking for some good restaurants that are not central then explore Nordstr where you will find some great smaller cafes and bars. Even though the hotel is on a major street you dont hear any noise.
The hotel has a great welcome with the reception supplying everything that you will require for your stay ... all offered naturally in German but also fluent English. The rooms are sufficient and sleep quality was great, albeit alcohol induced.
Lastly the check time for the hotel is 12.00 o clock (1 hour later than a lot of city hotels) so after a long night in the Altstadt / old town you get that much needed lie in !
Good location, clean, good service and friendly staff, small rooms and basic amenities.
Right in the center of the city. Location is amazing. Lot of transporta and close to handy shops. Room clean with all the facilities you are expecting. Not a big room but enough for someone in a business trip. Standard breakfast was good enough. The staff is very friendly and professional
Was a little worried about staying here after seeing reviews, but the price and location were great so went for it! It's great!! Easy entrance into building with key card clean comfortable beds and drinks available anytime!
Only problem we had was the pillows!!
We were staying in Hansa Hotel for Medica. The location is excellent.
Good place to visit, is a small hotel however be near a subway station, near restaurants, supermarket and other places near the Düsseldorf downtown.
